Astrology!!!
If you clicked the link, which I hope you do, only if you want to!!! You will see that at the moment the page looks well...Bland! I just got the idea today and I will be starting to add post little by little as the week progresses.
Well, you are wondering why I am here and why I just posted this? (sorry, I am on some kind of high...not drug related so relax. I just get random burst of energy throught my day.) Well I am wondering if the Linda forum can help a gurl out. 
I'd love to involve anyone of you who'd like to join in on my adventure of posting the common language of astrology. I'd be more than happy to mention this site. Heck, as much people as there are around in Linda land I'm pretty sure the folks on here would be more than glad to have a bunch of people to answer there long sought out questions.
The bigger the audience, the more answers that'l;l come around. Right?
Now back to the good stuff.What sort of posts should I make?
Should I try out a weekly horoscope from a newbie post?
Should I talk about each signs?
Should I post the differences in generations and how the outer planets have affected us all?
Should I give my interpretation for a chart submitted by anyone?
Also, why don't you guys post your big threes for me?

^ That's funny, Sand!  I think that if we were going to do this we'd need someone more stable to be in charge. (Perhaps not dictated by their moods?) Someone who we have experience with and know we can count on. I volunteer Randall (who is the webmaster. Huge authority!, Ami Anne (she knows whats shes talking about. lol) or other moderators who have helped around plenty. If you want to do this yourself, then don't ask, just go on and post a thread.
You can set this up yourself but keep in mind that you'll have to maintain it.
There are plenty of topics to discuss if you were to generate a tumblr/blog regarding Astrology.
Lastly, why Tumblr? Lindaland is a great site and there are so many users. If you want people to join, just have them join the site. Easier than tumblr, in my opinion!

Well, in all basics, I am looking for ideas for this tumblr of mine. I work best when getting feedback or when I recieve ideas that I could add on to. I'm not very confident in bringing out my ideas to the world, unless the world is there to help me. Oh my, a Leo moon. Much better than an Aquarius moon, personally the aqua mooners that I know get clingy if the conjunct my sun. But the Leo moons are real nice and friendly.
Shadows, im creating this tumblr for an expression on my views of astrology. I in no way am here totake a as someone who represents LL like Ami or the other great astrologers on the forum. I am here merely to ask a forum that i am very happy to be a part of if they could give me ideas so i can proceed in this project of mine. I am still a kid and i am here to learn more about what i am happy to say am passionate about.

since it's a picture site maybe copy some ideas of the picture threads here. like what interior/ car/ jools, represent what sign. and maybe try to guess someone's ascendant.. oh and ya deffy read people's charts! people love hearing abou themselves LOL! IP: Logged |

I'm pretty sure people would be all disappointed once they get a crappy reading from me. I'm really new to astrology, it isn't a subject you can learn from 2 years of being interested in it. I'm only 16 and have been into astrology for 4 years, and each year I've take the time to focus on the personal planets.
I've gotten down the sun signs down, the moon signs I'm still rough about. Mercury signs though, heh that's another story.
My mercury in Capricorn loves to classify folks by their mercury signs. @D.Shadows, I love your Saggi moon by the way.  What degree is your sun if you don't mind me asking.
Synastry aspects, can be a good topic to pop up in ma Tumblr. I've been focusing on the whole synastry thing with my significant other. Soo yeah.... @Sand, that sounds like a good idea. I was thinking of drawing up pictures of eyes or making silly cartoons every now and then. IP: Logged |

Lol. Well let them know that you're a novice. You have to start somewhere. And besides, depending on your audience you could be very well experienced. Thank you. I like it too. Haha I'm the exact same as you with the age and amount of study time,etc.. I know A LOT about Astrology. I can even interpret charts, I know that much! Why don't you buy a few books and just read it? They'll explain everything you need to know. If you truly think your not ready then why don't you just prepare yourself some more? THat's the fun part anyways! My sun's libra at 6degrees.. If I start with chart interpretations, shouldn't I start with my own chart, and then ask someone on here if I could interpret their chart so I could give examples?I wanted to see if your sun aspected anything in my chart. Well, you got a trine with my Juno. I found a topic on here about that. Funny how I've been noticing conjunctions and trines with the people in my life. My little sister's sun is exact conjunct my vertex(which is weird lol). And a good friend of mine has her sun conjunct my eros. Money's real tight in getting books right now. :/ IP: Logged |
