What does your Saturn square?

How does it restrict or frustrate you?

It's in a separating square at a 6' orb with Mercury-Neptune conjunct. I guess it does exert power, but almost like a delayed reaction. Saturn rx in Virgo in the 12th introduces harsh reality to any dreams (Neptune) or aspirations, sooner or later. In a way I'm glad, because I've had some silly delusional impractical ideas. As one website says, "Mercury without Saturn is like egg without salt." Mercury is flighty and needs an authoritarian.

Saturn square ASC- I think makes me insecure in gerneral and especially in my own abilites.

Saturn square Pluto- I read that it restricts transformation and in order to use Pluto's power I need to eliminate structure..
Not sure about that though.

square Venus LOL

It's also conjunct Uranus though so there's also a "flying off the handle" element there.

Saturn square Neptune
Saturn square MC

Ack! Im of course totally frustrated by my lack of career path and never knowing what I want to do with my life (Neptune conjunct MC anyone?) lol

Saturn wants me to get real and practical, in Virgo. Neptune wants to remain in fantasy land, believing something better will come along one day, my ideals will be magically manifested or my dream job wil suddenly reveal itself from a tophat singing 'ta-daa!'

:| *sigh*

I have Saturn square ASC too. For me I think it can make me come off as cold or reserved to some people even though I am in general NOT a cold hearted person... people make 'ice princess' jokes that make me want to gag.

It's also frustrating that as you said, this Saturn square can make you second-guess yourself or feel that if you fail once, you'll fail always. The latter is a big issue for me.

Saturn squares my Mercury and Jupiter [this one's a wide orb though].

I was never too confident of my communicative skills. There must be some element of familiarity in order for me to communicate/chat/make new friends. I am particularly feeling it this year and it sucks!
When it comes to my aspirations, I kind lof lack discipline and I get easily frustrated when facing obstacles. As cafeastrology claims "I remember my failures more than my successes".

My Saturn squares my Sun and somewhat my Mars and to top that off my Sun is opposite my Mars. Err...It's all good though. I've come to terms with the issues I had growing up with my distant yet very authoritative and emotionally unavailable father. And with expression and my sexuality (Mars square Saturn).

I just have no patience for restrictions or authoritative people or policies. If a situation or circumstance does not fit into my sphere for flexibility and the unusual, if I have a choice, I'm out the back door. I just can't limit myself or allow the outside world to limit me or limits others. Thank you Saturn for kicking my behind into shape. Growing up I was made to feel ashamed for being unconventional, however now I'm so comfortable with being out there, you'd need a rope a mile long to even attempt to reign me in. Authority be dam#ed!

Saturn Squares my Neptune. I don't agree with what I have read about this natal aspect.

Anyway, I like my Saturn. No frustration here. Of course, I'm a Capricorn so Saturn is my ruling planet.

Saturn square Venus. Poor little Venus. Saturn does make it tough to feel loved and valued.

Moon, neptune, mercury and venus in a T-square. Well, it certainly shatters any illusions I may have been cultivating. Orbs are nice and tight too. And just for fun Saturn also opposes my Mars and Uranus. yay.

Grrr... Saturn in Sagittarius squares my Sun in Virgo.

Since Sagittarius is in the 11th House, I can see how my friendships and politics are connected. Recently, I'm frustrated with how many of my friends on Facebook, all whom I know or know through mutual friends in the profession, just don't seem care about real-world issues. Yes, I do post political news on my wall, but I don't force my beliefs on them! I'm just proud of how socially conscious I am. I purged my friends from time to time if they are too superficial for me. Now, I feel like I'm going to do it again.

I love venus saturn aspects in the natal of partners... They're so dependable, and they let you know what expected of you from the start. Plus they don't shove their affections on you the instant you say you'll go out with them. (Like other aspects. AHEM venus jupiter!!) I don't have it, but
Venus conjuct saturn...one who handles relationships in a slow methodical manner and let's it take its time natually. It restricts by making the natal venus saturn person have a warped sense of self confidence value naturally used to not receiving affection from the fatherly figure they probably won't show much affection either. Not to sa they don't need it! Id see their affection idea would be to 'send it out if there's a reason'... ... if its in hard aspect they may be struggle with critcism and values...greedy/status seeking/ melchancholic/ lonesome/overly serious/no self esteem when pursing/handling social situations..(extremely critical of self)..extremely loyal, frugal, heart of gold but unconvinced, capable of great achievement
But hey some venus neptunes are into that. Lol

I have Saturn sq Asc/DSC
Ionly have easy aspects from saturn to personal planets.

I not really insecure.. Maybe a bit at times, but for the most part no..
But I have 4 planets in Leo.. so that makes up for the confidence.

Its probably a good thing I have alot of Saturn going on.. Or else I would probably be a HUGE Narcissistic..
Im well ground, and responsible and I always want to do whats right...
(execpt when venus/pluto take over )

I think Im a little boring though, and introverted.. Im not that out going leo. The life of the party.. I would rather be home alone..

It doesn't restrict the planet it squares in my chart - but it could be because the planet is actually Saturn's dispositor lol
I feel energised in this area. The square is at 0' deg so it's a close one. Closest *ever*
It makes me work my butt off, but I get results as well.. so I'm not really complaining.

My saturn square sun aspect restricts me in many possible ways. I tend to deeply fear my own feelings of inadequacy...If I'm not doing best or better than someone else, then I choose to give up trying rather easily. It's almost as if I'm in competition with my own ego at times...It's really frustrating.
I also read somewhere that obsessive self-awareness could end up to the point of real self-consciousness in a Sun-Saturn challenging aspect...So true.
