I worked with someone once and that aspect was present. I'm not sure if it was their temperament or if the aspect brought something out.

I remember their dog taking a crap at a cafe we went to and the guy freaking out all of a sudden and tried blaming it on a dog that wasn't anywhere near..

Probably it depends how the personal aspects interact with each other, and Pluto intensifies that interaction; thus I`d definitely look at the other planets that are aspecting Sun (and/ or) Pluto.

Sorry for bumping this up, but I was looking over a synastry chart with a guy who is obsessed with me (he says). I wanted to see why, so I guess I found out why and this is the main aspect..less than 1 degree applying. My pluto squares his sun.
I found out that in my synastry with different people it seems to work this way. My pluto squaring his sun makes him obsessed with me, however his Pluto doesn't really touch much of my planets. I noticed in other synastries if someones Pluto squares my moon I'm the obsessed one,etc..

Here are me and this guy:

My pluto squares his sun less than 1 degree
trines his mercury, opposes his mars, squares his jupiter, trines his uranus, squares his nn by 2 degrees and trines his mc.

Now his pluto only sextiles my mars less than 1 degree, trines my jupiter and squares my ac.

whoever is more plutonic by their own nature - is more obsessed. that's me in this case. he seems confused and a bit scared, but also unable to let go.

and yes, i literally think he should go through death of his entire ego and then come back, he needs a complete restart. he made a few mistakes and i kept pointing them out, then cutting him off completely. i think it's an aspect of difficult learning for both. change is difficult.
