If you have this aspect with someone are you able to "feel" them, their moods, their energy - a lot easier?

Yes, and also you look for the same way to wind down, for things that make you happy, which can be very bonding.

Yes. I share this aspect with a man I love very much. We share many similarities on the emotional level.

Depends on how your nMoon is aspected and whether or not you've learned to reconcile any afflictions to it.

You may have a basic affinity with the person whose Moon is conjunct yours, especially when they're in their off-guard state. But if you have a Moon-Venus square, you wouldn't find that side of them to be much of a turn-on. I suppose it would make a good basis for friendship, because you would know how to emotionally nurture each other.

In my case it a Moon/Venus conjunction and Moon/Venus opposition.

I have this with my man in cappy, it is very close and bonding, we feel so comfortable with eachother. He also tells me that he can open up to me when he never has been able to do that with anyone before. The conj falls in my 8th h and his 11th h.

Yeah extremely comfortable with people I've had this conjunction with. I read once it's like you dont know where one stops and the other person begins.

I have this with my ex (in Capricorn). We also have trined Mercuries (Pisces-Scorpio).. and Moon sextile Merc DW.

It's not so much that I feel his moods.. but our moods are often exactly the same. When I'm sad - he's sad.. When I'm angry - he's angry. When I'm happy - he's happy.
It happens subconsciously.
Feeling someone's moods seems more conscious to me.. like something I would be aware of. I often get intuitions like this - about people.
But with the Moon conj Moon it's not there consciously... It's just that we are naturally very similar.

I don't find this aspect romantic or sexual. I find it friendly.

The most draining relationship (non romantic) of my life.

Depends on the person. If they're a goodie, splendid. If they're a vampire type, ugh, you're doomed.
