I have to agree with everything you said here, at least when it comes to the pisces I talk about...

I have noticed you have to be his friend first before anything, get a mental connection going..
When he does disappear dont let it phase you when he comes back (with in reason, of course)
With my fishy he really likes being romanced, yet he wants to be masculine at the same time, so you romance him w/o taking the masculinity away. Keep the romance private, keep the masculinity public.

He likes to be romanced as well..a nice dinner,expensive wine, and lots of affection and witty banter.He has a gem moon, and asc, and a mars scorpio,venus aqua.

Its a lot of work, if your up to it.But its rewarding if you catch him.

And yes, Pisces women are very different from their male counterparts.Most Pisces women i know are very take charge,confident,and serious. Not that Pisces males are not those things, the women just have it more together i think.Organized too, the women.

I call him pet names, handsome, sweetness.. I make up names as we go along.. Always changing it.
One day I texted him as soon as he got to work.. Good Morning.. He said GM.
I said I feel bad for you today!
He said why??? whats going on??
I said well Im feeling extra lovable today and Im gonna give you so much attention, that IDK HOW your going to handle work and ME!!!
He replied back... WOW!! I will do my best to handle both.. cuz you are so rocking my world right now!

So through out the day I sent him little sweet texts.. Sometimes it would be like wow you are looking super sexy today! Then it was Im going to kiss your neck and then............... I wouldnt texted him back for over an hour.. I would leave him waiting.. Then I would keep sending him texts like that all day...
He told me, he couldnt wait for the next texts.. His boss was talking to him, when a text came through he said he had NO clue what his boss said to him.. HE just kept thinking what did she say... what did she say...

The "teasing to other people" strategy is common in teenagers and even people in their 20's, coz they want to see your reaction if you like someone else. Are you guys teenagers if you don't mind me asking? Coz in assessing a situation, the age plays a big part in how the person acts, if they act like their age or not.
