This thread is really informative - helping to answer many questions I have about the vertex

I have these aspects with my partner:

Vertex Trine Sun 1.05
Vertex Sextile Moon 1.44
Vertex Square Mercury 1.75
Vertex Square Venus 2.05
Vertex Sextile Chiron 1.95
Saturn Square Vertex 2.08
True Node Trine Vertex 0.64
Vertex Trine Vertex 2.51

Isn't this an overkill? Me, the vertex person, could be completely obliterated with these fine aspects!! I do feel quite overwhelmed in fact. The man seems to be 'an answer to my dreams', however, in a way that i had not even dreamt.

The fact hat my vertex is trine his vertex seems to point to mutual attraction (?). According to the lovely post by Ami Anne, my partner would bring me confidence (sun), his heart (moon), love (venus). Does this still apply of it's Vertex square Venus? What of squares with Mercury and Saturn?

Personal experience, no. I noticed I attract feisty men and women(they like fights verbally or physically). Some of them are/were in the military or come from such family, regardless they have been to war or not. my vertex is in Aries, but I also have Mars in 7th house, which is more likely why I can't avoid encounter with this type.
So look at ruler of the vertex sign too.

I have Vertex at 9 Cap (5th house) opposite Venus at 12 Cancer (11th house). I actually had to look up my Vertex and look at its aspects, which I had never done before.

Does anyone know anything about this opposition?

Maybe it would be easier to get the Vertex if you see it as secondary DSC.

I have Vertex (27" 22' taurus) conjunct my north node 25" 18' taurus in the 8th house sextil my MH at 28" 42' cancer. Anyone have experience with this? Anything involving the moon's nodes fascinate me.
