Topic: which of the 3 water moon sign

would fall hard and deep: pisces moon, cancer moon, or scorpio moon? and which would take a long time to get over and move on? i read pisces moon will try to swim away, and distract themselves from the pain, and scorpio moons will be intense with emotions, but intensity sometimes mean temporarily, and i have no idea with cancer moons???? I know a lot of Lunar Scorpios can be very obsessive of past relationships and have a hard time getting over them. I have a Scorpio Moon in my family and they are very obsessive about past fall-outs and fights they have with loved ones. They never got over their first marriage and have very weird ambiguous feelings about their ex-wife to this day when they are around each other. Their emotional nature is not exactly 'vindictive' but emotionally they are actually very unstable. Not saying all Lunar Scorpios are this way, but this person with this is. I actually think Cancer Moon could become very easily emotionally attached/involved, so they could have a tendency to fall for someone hard after they open up and get closer to them. Once they are able to feel like they can get closer to the person they will REALLY attempt to get closer... it's kind of all or nothing. I am very close to a Cancer Moon who is like this. They are extremely attached to me sometimes to the point where my Virgo Moon is a little smothered! But I find it endearing otherwise. Can't say much for Pisces Moon, since I've never known one well. :') ------------------

Adamant fixed signs always take the longest, imo. But they're also most resolute. If a Scorpio moon made the decision to look beyond it, that its time to move on, they could probably shut out their feelings completely. Cancer then Pisces will be last to finally get over it. ------------------

Totally agree with this. I've noticed a tendency with Scorpionic people, where they can obsess and brood and obsess - and then suddenly reach this fulcrum point where they totally switch off emotionally and separate from the person or issue that they obsessed about, maybe for good. The suddenness of this change can be unnerving... ------------------

I've noticed that Pisces mooners tend to fall the fastest. Cancer mooners seem take the longest to get over it. A Scorpio mooners seem to get the most upset at the time of a break up, but they also seem to get over it the fastest. IP: Logged |

I'm gonna say Scorpio takes the longest.
Sex to them has to be really really good and they have to own the new person before they ever get over the one before.

My new Pisces-Moon 'crush' (hope that's the right word) told me (scorp-moon) that he cried Every-Day for more than 6 months when his g-f left HIM after cheating on him for the very last time (yea you read it right  ) .. pure honesty.. Love it! quote:

Yes so true. In my experience the hardest part about Moon in Scorpio is that it is very hard to tell if they like you, everything is hidden and you have to dig it out of them. Whereas a Pisces Mooner falls fast and is more obvious about their fondness for someone. I'm not as familiar with Cancer Moon, I think they're the most prone to deflecting their true feelings and going with whatever seems most normal or conventional. They don't have a spontaneous overflow of emotion like Pisces Moon that just comes out. IP: Logged |

In my experience Pisces moon gets over their love quickly as they are mutable. Scorpio can disengage emotionally at the drop of a hat, but that does not mean they are over it by any means. They also can mask their emotions very easily, so it can be hard to tell what they are truly feeling. Cancer moon is loyal and holds grudges. They have the hardest time moving on, IMO.I've only been in a long-term relationship with a Pisces mooner out of the three water signs, and after we broke up we both moved on rather quickly. Maybe him a little more quickly than me. My sister is a Cancer moon and her two recent serious relationships...after they ended she was a mess for a very long time. Yes, I really think so. They are also a "universal moon" and can find themselves something beautiful and worth loving and doting on very easily. I'm a Pisces moon myself and although I think I have a harder time getting over loves than other Pisces mooners (I have heavy Scorpio influence and a lot of my planets are afflicted), after each break up I devote myself completely to a new or old hobby or passion. I'm a Cancer moon.The way that I get over things is kind of weird. I'll be super-upset, at first. Then I'll get to a point of calm, like I've gotten over it, and I feel good for awhile. However, sometimes things can trigger me to feel upset over past events that I thought had been resolved/over and done with. So, me letting go/forgetting kind of comes and goes. It takes a long time for me to be upset and get over it and for it not to come back again. IP: Logged |

I'm a Scorpio Moon. I don't get over things easily. It takes a lot of time...but having a Taurus Sun and Cancer Asc. emphasizes that part of me.The breakup with my last and first ex of two years was extremely tough and devastating. I think it's really important to have a support system. It's been a year and half and I have not called him.
A Scorpio Moon has a lot of pride. And if you betray them, consider the separation is for life.
I think Pisces has less of this kind of characteristic. Maybe because of their mutable nature, but Piscean Moons most often are in touch with their exes.
Great thread, btw. One thing to remember is a Scorpio and Cancer never forget hurts. I may forgive you, but I won't forget it, and I will also never take you back. As for which one of these signs take longer to get over hurts...It's probably Scorpio.
Scorpio is a fixed sign. Cancer is cardinal, and Pisces is mutable.
I just think it's harder for fixed signs in this regard. Cancer would come next, then Pisces, imo. IP: Logged |

My ex had a Scorpio moon and had/has a hard time getting over me. My last boyfriend had a cancer moon and we got over it pretty quick. We re friends now. My first bf was a Leo moon and took the longest.Actually in general fixed moons had/have hardest time getting over me. The only two guys I can think of that really aren't or weren't too hung up on me were cancer moons. I'm a fixed moon too, represent. I've been hung up on guys/am/sucks!
