Sun-- Ego, Light,Self, Outer Self,Spark, Shine, I

Someone wrote Soul, but I think that would be more for the Moon. Outer Self would be a better description for the Ascendant, I think

Just those 5 keywords are helpful to anyone, newbie or more advanced imo

To me, I have to get the sense of each planet, deeply, before I can use it. Keywords are a great tool.

I just woke up, so may go back through and post more. Like I said, I tend to equate key words with what I hear in conversations... so these key words don't describe the planet, so much as point to the planet being effected when I see or hear them. And, it's not perfect, I might be wrong about some of the key words.

Sun - I (misnomer, but a lot of "I"s say there's a strong Sun or Leo Mercury in there)

Moon - Feel, instincts (occasionally Love)

Mercury - Tell, talk, explain

Venus - Like, Love (possibly "want")

Mars - Angry (exclamations of anger), key words for signs in conjunction with talking about sex also point to the Mars sign

Jupiter - "I think that - (moral philosophy or ethic)", hope

Saturn - Sad, depressed, responsible, mature

Uranus - strange (I find keywords for this difficult, the key words are more dependent on what is considered "normal" for the society you live and the words would be things that deviate from the norm)

Neptune - wish, dream

Pluto - want, change, obsessed, "burn bridges" ("burn bridges" is a common saying where I'm from, what it relates to often points to the aspects Pluto makes with other planets or the house/sign it falls in)

Aspects - (I tend to focus solely on squares and conjunctions, they're easier to see, but occasionally get one or the other mixed up with opposition)

Aspects tend to point themselves out when any two planet key word is used in the same sentence, or in the same conversation. The same sentence would indicate a strong aspect most likely a conjunction. The same conversation would relate to an aspect but not necessarily strong.

Square - Can't (although "can't" could also mean an aspect with Saturn)

Something to keep in mind is, when looking for aspects in conversations... (I don't know if this is true) but everything has to get filtered through the Sun before coming out, and then is relayed by Mercury, so any odd things happening with these two planets could leave a tarnish on what you see.

When I first started learning about Astrology, I wanted to see if I could write a short story using almost solely Planets, Signs, and Aspects... like a story that only Astrologers would be able to read. I gave up on that, but it's what got me looking at things in this light. =D

Sweet Scorpion's was so good that I copied it, in it's entirety

Happiness, the aesthetic, where we indulge and DGAF, what we love to love (as dictated by the sign and house), the sorrows of love (if afflicted)

I see Venus as our haven for love, appreciation of beauty, and we we really enjoy eating, wearing, and buying
