Despite researching this several times I'm still not sure what the maximum orbs should be in these charts. I'm hoping to get a popular answer to help with my decision.

So far I got the idea that Natal (7degs), Synastry (5degs), and Composite (3degs) but generally Sun-Moon aspects can go up to (10degs)
Agree, Disagree?

You'll probably get a multitude of different replies to this one, Moonfish! Simply because there is no rule.

One astrologer said something along the lines of 'If you can feel it, then it's in orb'. Sorry this is so paraphrased lol but that's the idea.

Personally, I think it really depends. Sometimes you can feel aspects that would be considered too wide by most people, be it in natal or synastry or composite.

I think it really depends on the chart, and on the people involved.

Yeah I can't help you much on this one, sorry!

BUT generally speaking I count up to 9° for conjunctions & oppositions in the natal, 8° for squares, 6° (maybe sometimes 7°..) for trines, sextiles uhhh something like 5° I guess and minor aspects up to 2° or sometimes 3°.

See, it's not very settled lol.

In synastry & composite I first look at the most exact aspects, cause they generally point to the most important theme of a relationship, then the wider aspects are more in the background but they're still there. Maybe not as strong but they add more "colors" to the connection.

I prefer tight orb up to 3 degree but sometimes I alow more...what kind of chart, aspect, rulers and so on made my decision.

I think it depends house strongly you resonate with the aspect. No one can say how you feel or should feel. Only you can make that decision.

What percent would you use on astro.com site? I tend to stick to 30%.

Thanks again Arieslilith. This is a stupid question but when people talk about 10 degrees on the other list do they mean 10%?

When they say 10 degrees, they didn't mean 10% orb, but rather considering up to 10 degrees wide for the aspects. For example, a conjunction with a maximum of 10º degrees distance between the objects would still be considered as a conjunction.
