Or are you supposed to be attracted to them ? or they are supposed to be attracted to you ?? I have mars in my eight house and the sign is virgo . I often find them to be a*holes but sooo goodlooking . I don't undertand the eigth house , if im attracted to virgo men does that mean pisces men are attracted to me ??? my empty 2nd house ruler is neptune which is in my 1st house and the 2nd house is the house of attraction ??

I'd say it's not that simple.
The houses by themselves don't represent one's likes/dislikes.
The 8th house is a "deep" house and hence when someone puts their planets there you'll feel either attracted to them or intimidated by them, or a mixture of feelings (attraction/repulsion) cause that's Pluto's house.

For attraction look at the aspects especially. The houses are not so strong without some tight aspects, in my opinion.

Funny enough, I tend to get that same vibe from Virgo men but I do not have a Virgo 8th house. Cancer is the sign of my 8th house, and I do not hate them at all. The 8th house, like someone above me said can represent those who you find alluring or repulsive, especially if their planets fall in that house. With that being said, the majority of guys who I attract have their Mars in Cancer or Scorpio, Corresponding to my Cancer 8th and my Venus in the 8th house.

It's odd, because I heard that the 12th house can represent your hidden enemies, and also the 7th house, which represent marriage but also open enemies. I'm not 100%, though.

You probably don't like it because your Mars is there. Mars can be attraction or friction, depending on the aspects.

8th house is a sexy house so no, in general, there's not necessarily "hate" associated with it.

Libra is on my 8th house cusp. I am strongly attracted to libras or people with a strong venus. Literally 9 out of 10 women i am attracted to have 1 of the big 3 in libra.

Glad you asked this, I was wondering along similar lines. My 8th house is in Capricorn, and I'm always always without fail drawn to someone with Capricorn planets but I don't think Capricorns like me instantly. They probably don't do anything instantly now that I'm thinking about it though... In any case, I'm also put-off by them and some of their habits too. It's a mixture like someone above said (for me.)

Sagittarius is the ruler of my 8th house with Uranus and Neptune. I'd say I find Sags magnetic and I can automatically detect if a person is a Sag.

I don't know about supposed but I have two stelliums and more than a few times one of them has fallen in someone's 8th and for me it's pretty much --all systems GO-- If they are making trines or opps to my Mars/Pluto, even better.

A man's Moon in my 8th they react to me with a strong sexual desire. But in that instance, they always want to enslave themselves to me, sexually - just offer all that they have to give in the most unselfish way possible. H8 Pisces here.

Haven't really noticed 'hate' being a part of H8, then again I don't go around looking for it either. To me negative feelings have more to do with the aspects, some combos can be really harsh, often a hard aspect with Mars. And this is more obvious when the natal has a strong conflict, maybe a Sun/Pluto sq, a Merc/Mars sq, Sun/Mars conj, something like that, that then connects negatively to another's Sun/Mars/Saturn/Uranus/Pluto. If they had that (the former individual) & were under stress, maybe unfulfilled in their personal lives, then some H8/H12 action would add to the air of uncertainty surrounding the interaction as it might feel unstable.
