I'm referring to those people who changed you without you ever having a relationship of any kind with them (whether you wanted or not), neither friendship, neither love relationship, neither mentor / teacher or even work relationship. Somehow meeting them and being around them, however short it was, might have triggered deep changes in your life and in yourself whetther you actually initated them or they just happened. My question is : who are those people? Because you don't share, haven't shared any kind of relationship with them, they can't be your soulmate right? To me for someone to be your soulmate, there has to be some kind of relationship, whether they be a karmic soulmate or a companion soul. I'm not really familiar with twinsoul or twinflame so I'm not going to develop on this. However the question remains, whoever these people were, whatever your feelings were towards them, the point is that the mere fact of you meeting them had a huge impact on you and on your life and you were forced to face yourself and your issues, how can we qualify those souls? And finally, what in synastry can indicate such contacts ? IP: Logged |

I met a guy and spent one day with him because our flight was cancelled. Somehow being around him and talking to him reminded me of who I was and what I really wanted. At this point in my life it was like I had veered off on a detour... and somehow meeting him set me back on track. I never had any kind of relationship with him and never saw him again... nor did I ever feel like I wanted to. It was like I met him for a reason and that was that. The most noteworthy aspect is his Mars conjunct my Sun.IP: Logged |

I disagree that these people can't be soulmates. I really think they are. Time is pretty meaningless. You can't measure soulmate-material in "time" spent together imoIP: Logged |

thanks your experience perfectly embodies what I'm talking about. I agree with the fact that they must be soulmate of some kind. Such people just don't seem to fit the karmic soulmate category neither the companion soul one. And you're right, time spent has certainly nothing to do with it neither. It's just that to some, their experience with such a person can be the one of an unrequited love which got them to question themselves (unless unrequited love is a part of karmic soulmate where one is supposed to be in pain to repay the other..) or it can be someone they've been around for months, years even, have always admired from afar and who somehow inspired them, and I think there are many other ways to experience this. I guess I have this idea that soulmates are always meant to be somehow, in some kind of meaningful relationship, no matter how long it lasts. While with these people, though you know they've been meaningful to you, you shared nothing meaningful with them. Also, I was thinking that maybe the nodes and vertex might play a big role in the synastry (and in transit to the synastry ?) IP: Logged |

Ooohhh Boy... Yes, I have/had this with someone... It's such a long, strange story.We first met about 22 years ago. Actually, didn't "meet". "Encountered" is a better word. Although there was some attraction, nothing happened. We "encountered" each other several other times, but because there was so much distance between the years, we didn't recognize each other. We noticed each other, but didn't "meet." Now, I figured out who he is, and we did "meet", but he still doesn't know my name! Crazy stuff.  Like I said, a WAY long, complicated story. However, his n.Mars conjuncts my NN in synastry. My NN is in the 3rd house. I've never done a thing to follow my NN path. Since "meeting" him, well, all that changed. I'm now adamant about following my NN. Just like the descriptions say, the Mars person will stimulate the NN person on their path. In my case, it's bang-on correct. IP: Logged |

I concur and have experienced that; some people just touch your soul differently than most. I like to look at it as soul-MATES, sort of a kindred spirit kind of thing. Whatever exists between you in reality, there might be something inside you both that just intuitively recognizes the other one..

Last year, I almost renounced everything & left home in a spiritual pursuit. I decided to spend the night at a nearby Buddhist temple but didn't know how to get there. No money, no map, no common language, nothing. I saw this lady & asked her for directions. She told me to take the bus. I said I wanted to walk but she said it was a bad idea because it was dark already & the place was quite far. I walked further & that's when this guy came running behind me, calling me "sister". He asked me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted to go to the temple afoot. He then asked me if I had any problem & was willing to help with travel expenses back home.(?) I said I was done with home & wanted to spend the night at the temple. The guy next called up his friend(I thought he was kidnapping me) & they sat beside me for the next 4 hours, trying to convince me to return "because 50% of monks are perverts". I was so sick of their blah blah & scared that I finally asked them to drop me back around 11:30 in the night.
I could've ended up kidnapped, raped, pushed into prostitution or as a nun that night, if it wasn't for him.I don't have his TOB unfortunately.
My Saturn conj his Mars, sq his Sun.
His Saturn conj my Venus/Sun/Mars.
His RVenus conj my Sun/Moon midpt & unaspected Jupiter in my 9th.
His SNode fell in my 9H in Libra.
There are many more synastry aspects but they're quite irrelevant. Composite Sun conjunct my Nnode/Venus/Merc in my 10H.
Composite Nnode in my 1H.
