sagittarius moon!  i like/enjoy making new friends! i like socializing, i may appear cold and dis-interested at first due to my virgo sun but once i feel comfortaable around you i will warm up easily, i'll be enthusiastic and will find it easy to be the real me again i really treasure having friends, sad to say though that i'm quite cautious and keep them in arms length..i dont trust anyone easily. Talk about anything new and i sure will be interested to know! I like exploring, learning and knowing about new or old/legends kind of stuff,hehe..i like anything to do with investigating and clues and whatever that stimulates my mind. I don't usually associate negative traits to someone i just met, unless i've observed them carefully and proven that they're not worth the friendship. In love, I daydream a lot i think all about the stuff that could happen, hoping it'll be a good fairytale (though I believe in more realistic events, lol, there's nothing wrong with daydreaming buuut! )..sometimes when I'm hurt i tend to focus on something more 'positive' or something that i think could make me forget or ignore the pain for a while, i think about the happy stuff which i think makes me a massive daydreamer! lol, but i always end up getting hurt even more because i don't realize the pain is growing inside me until i just can't hide it anymore and the smiles ang laughs i show are no longer there but replaced with tears and sorrow, which i only let out when i'm on my own, in my own bedroom where no one else could see me. The next day, u'll see me all happy and smiling again without even suspecting the hurt i just been through..dang! i'm a good actor! or am i just a really weird saggie moon here? hehe i feel like i'm an emo in a lady form xD I thought might share this...never seen any threads here in LL about saggie moons..maybe we are boring? lol, kidding! who knooows IP: Logged |

Hi Ami Anne, I'm fascinated with people's Moons as well.. I seem to attract a lot of Aquarius moons for some reason, I also seem to have a lot of Aquarius moons around me in the work place and a close cousin who just married an aqu moon as well ( they have opp suns and moon conj aqu..)Me:

PS. My moon drives my crazy, I often feel like its a blessing and a curse to care so damn much. Sometimes I feel like a hostage to my own feelings, That fluctuate by the hour, depending on the day. I also notice I am a much happier person when I'm in love.... still recovering from a cancer with a Pisces moon that broke my heart the worst. I notice when I'm in love or love people I will do anything for them.... From very little I was always a daydreamer.... just waiting for the person who will love me as much as I love them so I could run away with them and see the world ... yadayada... Sometimes how romantic I am makes me sick LOL Also, it took my a lot of hurt and upset to figure out that a LOT of people do not feel or think the same way as myself... especially emotionally. Cancer moon in the sixth conj saturn with the moon as my 7th house ruler.I get involved with women with strong cancerian influences. There's also certain physical attributes that are a "requirment" that are part of the male cancer moon aspect in regard to women and I'm sure there's a joke in here somewhere  IP: Logged |

I love my moon!! Im Gemini moon and ever since I discovered that, it's been way easier to understand/explain my behavior at times lol. I feel like it's the part of me that I wish I could show everyone all the time. It just takes a little while fore to open up I guess Q: Is it possible or even commonplace to fantasize about maybe being more like your moon than your sun? (nothing wrong w/ my cancer sun but the feeling has been there before) IP: Logged |

No - it's normal to very much identify with your Moon, sometimes more than your Sun. Though of course keep in mind the Sun is our core identity and who we actually are at the end of the day. Although you can identify more with the Moon, your Sun traits will most likely still shine through one way or another. I've found that true for me! It's normal to really connect with the Moon. It's our inner-child, our deep feelings and emotions, our yin energies and soul-self. So it's normal to have that strong emotional attachment to your Moon and Moon sign. It represents Cancer, the mother, giver and nurturer. When we are connected to our deepest feelings we are connected to the Moon. IP: Logged |

Im a Sag moon but not a noobie --- so sad I can't post mine in here,  lol but I will tell you this; I had my friend find out his chart recently, he's an Aries... & he said his Gemini moon is spot on accurate! Way more than the Aries description of him. Pretty crazy, huh? DS I used to have my Cancer moon more dominant than my Gemini Sun. I remember Lalalinda saying something about this, on a thread 3 years ago. She said that I was afraid to express my true identity and be out there and shine( or I remember it that way)
It helped me a lot, as I am feeling more Gemini like now, and I feel happier. That is my 2 cents, anyway.IP: Logged |

My moon is in Pisces, conjunct the MC. But my sun is Capricorn in the 6th. I feel like a walking contradiction sometimes. VERY sensitive to looks, remarks, even unspoken thoughts by others (which I can sometimes "hear"... or maybe it's just my imagination...) I dream up expectations in my mind, and when they don't happen, no matter how much I psych myself up for the possibility that it may not happen, I'm always crushed and weepy about it for awhile. I wear my heart on my sleeve, no matter how much I try to keep it in. When I have feelings for or about someone, they run very deep, and my blunt Cappy sun & Mercury make it difficult to be tactful and elegant about how I express them. The nice thing about a Pisces Moon, I suppose, is that it's pretty easy to forgive people who hurt me, and to find the common humanity in all people. I have very few enemies.I like to be a leader (Cap sun), but I'm always scared to step out and do it, because I'm so sensitive. I have to have someone "give me permission" and provide me with the safety of authority that, yes, I can do this. But when anyone criticizes me or resists, I wilt inside. It takes a lot of self-talk and encouragement from friends to keep me strong and reassured. TheFish--I've Cancer rising, I'm single, and probably meet your "requirement".... Let's get coffee! LOL so cute! I have Cancer moon conj the MC. People always say,"WHY do you wear your heart on your sleeve?" i can't help it. It is my make-up and yours, too.
Actually, many people love me for it. I suspect that is the same for you, as we can open people to their own emotions. It is really a gift, in my opinion. I've never really understood my Moon because it has so many great and challenging aspects... being exalted in taurus, having 6 trines to a stellium on my Ascendant, opposite to Pluto conjunct MC, and squaring my Sun... if i could get any interpretation on how my Moon might effect me any info would be really helpful, thanks! this is my chart http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/9614/astrochart.gif IP: Logged |

My Moon is at 29 degrees 56 minutes Taurus. I'm a bit... unattached, LOL. The other day I was talking to my husband about what happens after we die and he said something like "well, we meet the loved ones that passed before us" and I'm like "we'll probably realise we have millions of loved ones from a bunch of lifetimes and that we love all souls just like we loved our closest ppl, if not more". For some reason, he found that thought depressing, LOL (his Moon is in Cancer). As far as people/friends go, I'm not that much of a people person (in fact, it makes me physically tired to have to deal with people all the time, I'm a loner), but, for some reason, I find it very easy to open my heart to them (for me, it's more like opening my mind, since I analyze everything I feel, LOL). Since I'm so much of a Leo (Sun, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter in Leo), it's easy to hurt my pride. But, honestly, it's close to impossible to hurt my feelings. IP: Logged |

Gemini Moon.Negatives: easily annoyed, fickle, short attention span.
Positives: rational, analytical (positive to me), perpetually curious, optimistic. Although my moon annoys me at times, I am grateful for it (and my Aries Asc). It definitely lightens up my Scorpio and Capricorn dominated self. I get bored very easily, often start projects I never finish. But if it's something important to me, I put in 100% regardless of how silly it may be to others. And I think it gives me a quirky, youthful personality (at appropriate times). IP: Logged | |
