This is what I would like to ask. If you take one person;s 8th house ruler and it conjuncts another person's 8th house ruler--CAN you say they would have a soul to soul attachment( just based on this one thing alone)Is this how you would do it? ------------------

The most passionate person here on LL. Lioness of course. Strong Leo seems to me be the most passionate sign...Pluto and strong house 8 are often very introvert. The most of the people with strong pluto I met want to protect their feelings from other people. They often want put out reakton from the surroundings more than show who they are. SN in Synastry–If a person’s Ascendant, MC , personal planets or asteroids of passion, conjunct your SN, you and he will feel very, very passionate toward each other.As for the Moon - SN exact conjunction I'd say, there is more like spiritual connection... but the pull towards the other is also present...
