I'm an atheist, however I've always been accepting of other peoples beliefs, so I'm wondering what your faith or philosophy, is along with your jupiter?
My understanding of life is that we're made of up basic elements, that originated from exploded stars, then collectively, we are the those particles. We are as much part of this universe as anything else. Life is a unique phenominon, it should be a possible logical conclusion to say we are the universe becoming aware of itself.

I hope we're mature enough to not argue with each others philosophy.... :P

Liberal Christian. More concerned with connecting to God and experiencing spirituality than dogma. Not evangelical or born-again: I'm Protestant.

I posted about this on the "Divine Diversities" section, but to give a quick recap: I was born into one very conservative denomination. I started realizing that I disagreed when I was a teen, but kept going to church there anyway. When I was in college, I really began researching that denomination thoroughly. It came to the point that I could no longer belong to that denomination. It was hard for me to admit to myself that I had not ever truly been a member of that group, not really. I had tried to sort of reconcile my beliefs and change some of them, but you really can't force that sort of thing. It was scary to leave at first, but finally, I admitted the truth to myself--that I couldn't be there anymore--and just left.

I spent the next few years spiritually searching. I was briefly atheist, and then agnostic for awhile. I eventually narrowed down my spiritual path to a few different choices and came to the much more liberal denomination that is in-tune with my values, which I am a part of now. I feel like I'm in the right place and am at home.

I accept that no religious/spiritual beliefs can be proven true beyond a shadow of a doubt. Then again, no one can prove beyond doubt that there is nothing out there, either. I think that learning to live with that is important. Until we die, none of us really knows for sure what happens. So, I do live with the possibility that it might all be for nothing and I could be wrong. I find that my spiritual experience in my denomination is fulfilling and that it means something to me. That's enough. I don't feel (and frankly don't really understand) the need to "prove one true truth". I feel that it's futile. None of us can (or in my opinion should) speak with any kind of certainty about those kinds of things. I actually think that it was set up this way on purpose, so that we'd learn to be tolerant and get along, and to practice kindness towards those with whom we disagree--to follow the whole "love thy neighbor" principle and recognize those who disagree as our neighbors, which is really hard to do (I fail at it sometimes, honestly).

So, that's me.

Higher Consciousness, not necessarily god.. I believe in karma and reincarnation, that that's a soul's evolution, if you like.

I became an atheist when I was in grade 8. Stayed so for the next 6 years. Experienced enough of universe during those 6 years to say there's something higher. The logical part of me is still skeptical. My heart doesn't need anymore evidence though. So that technically makes me agnostic but I choose to call myself a spiritual theist, non-religious trying to reign in anti-religious feelings.
Unaspected jupiter in scorpio in 9th.
Sag sun, merc, venus, mars and nnode.

I'm noticing that most of the people replying here so far on this topic have Jupiter in water signs. Interesting!

My Jupiter is in the 4th, by the way.

Jupiter RX (2H) in Aqua

I am very spiritual. I can't confirm nor deny a higher being, but I know that we as people have more control over our circumstance than perceived...that's my take.

I have jupiter in scorpio in the 9th house. I believe in a God of love but I don't know about religion...There are just some things that I don't really agree on with the bible. But I am forced to go in a born again church every sunday. It's hard for me to feel 'born again' when I haven't really lived life yet & made mistakes, I'm only 18 I just want to live my life & explore the world, not be held down by religion. I'm pretty much open spiritually & people should believe what they want to believe, whatever makes them happy

retro jupiter in cancer in the 9th house conj. mc and chiron.
also its the handle in my bucket chart opposing uranus and widely opp. mars, merc, and neptune.

i get too anxious with religion. i was raised catholic and went to cath school too. i don't think my personality can handle organized relgions and their rules well. It really wears on me and i have some problems because of it. As for now i'm not into religion or anything spiritual i'm just living. Its hard to have morals because i don't have religion to back them up with. Religion is good for keeping society in check. But its not good for my conscience. I live in fear of God.

I'd say I'm a spiritual agnostic too... Jupiter in Pisces, 12H, ruler of the 9H, aspects almost everything in my chart, whether major or minor aspects, 9H Neptune, Uranus on the very cusp of the 9th...

I used to be a believer, never questioned my beliefs, never doubted, it was just there...Couple of years ago, it started to get further & further away and then it just stopped being there, that's how it ended...I've changed as a person in those last couple of years, became more rational, discovering the bitter and some non-bitter truths of life...Not like I was that irrational before, I considered theory of evolution to be true, never thought bible was really written by God, wasn't a part of any organised religion, I simply believed there was a higher being and that's all....

However, I do believe in the laws of physics, considering energy can't be destroyed, it seems like we are all indeed immortal, so I do believe in reincarnation...

Interesting! I've got Jupiter Aries in the 9H, part of a loose air-fire grand sextile.

* Born into strict Catholic family
* Refused to get confirmed
* Became agnostic
* Became a Calvinist (fundamentalist) Christian
* Became a reader of New Age books that speak across the religious spectrum
* Try to live by spiritual principles
