My 5th house doesnt have a lot going on and what it does I think channels itself into creativity, because I have no desire for a love life OR children. lol

I'm glad I have strong fixed placements to help ground me, but overall, my chart is pretty well balanced with fixed, cardinal and mutable, and earth, fire, water and air.

As Leo's natural house, it's all about fun and a place where planets can find that they are able to shine.

Totally about the 5th House
With players, you will have certain House Rulers in the 5th. What is classic is Rulers of the 8th, 7th and 10th in the 5th. The player takes his career urges/motivations(House 10) his soul mate needs(House 8) and his needs for a committed relationship(House 7) and puts them in the 5th House.

All of the fire signs I've come across are pretty equal with their cheating. Saggis are more obvious about it and are not great at covering up their tracts.

I agree that Capricorn is quite loyal, though there are some that do cheat (Tiger Woods is a famous example). Earth signs tend to be more cautious than fire signs, so maybe that's why earth signs are not as likely to cheat?

We would have to look at the whole chart PLUS fame got in there which boosts up the ego, so there were many factors in his case imo

Scorpio is a sign of extremes; they can be very loyal or the biggest cheaters. My late uncle, for example, was a Scorpio and cheated on my aunt. He had plans of leaving my aunt to be with the mistress, but he didn't want to deal with a nasty divorce, child support, etc. As a result, he hired some hitmen to kill her and his children. This is about as far from loyalty as you can get.

Your uncle cheated. Many people cheat.. But I strongly doubt that statistically Scorpio would come up anywhere near the top of the cheaters list. If they did - it would surprise me as much as Sagittarians winding up first in the "most tactful" statistics.

Odette, I gave an extreme example to show how far SOME Scorpios will go when it comes to cheating. I did not say all Scorpios who cheat would resort to attempted murder.

I know many Scorpios, and they definitely represent the highest or the lowest. I know Scorpios that have been celibate for years and others who sleep with anyone with a pulse. Some take sex very seriously (generally more so than other signs), but others fall into the other extreme. Perhaps the more promiscuous ones have more fire/air in their chart or are not dealing well with their chart placements/aspects. In other cases, some Scorpios who have been hurt by their first love, for example, end up taking their anger on others. If their past girlfriend/boyfriend cheated on them, some of them end up quite bitter and cheat on others.

Now the Scorpios I have as friends are extremely loyal and I'd be shocked if they ever cheated on their boyfriends and girlfriends. I hold them in the highest regard. Out of all of the signs (not taking into account the entire birth chart), Scorpios have the highest potential for complete loyalty in my opinion. They are usually the types that will go to hell and back for you if you have proven to be loyal to them of course. Some other Scorpios that I know have proven to be the lowest of the low and have no problems using other people to their advantage. They aren't on the level of Charles Manson, but they aren't remotely trustworthy either. They are loyal to only themselves. Perhaps the people who rank Scorpios high on the list as cheaters have come across more of these low-life type of Scorpios than you or I have.

Also, I NEVER said that Scorpios are near the top of the cheaters list. In my first post, I even stated that in my personal experience, fire signs cheat the most. I was merely responding to your post because you said you are surprised about people saying that Scorpios are likely to cheat. My intention in my post was to explain (just a little) of why some people may have come to this conclusion.

I have Venus in Scorpio, conjunct Pluto in the 12th, and I personally don't believe in cheating. For one thing, I was raised Christian and, while I'm in a different and more liberal denomination of Christianity now, even when I was atheist and agnostic, I still felt like it was wrong. This is one part of my upbringing that always has stuck with me and always will.

I don't date, but hypothetically (I've thought about it a lot), I would be a bit of a prima donna in a romantic relationship. I'd need to be the top dog. I wouldn't want to have to compete with another person, whether that person is actually there or deceased/a distant memory. I would not want competition. Honestly, I couldn't even be with someone in a non-cheating situation if they'd been married before and their spouse died, or if they divorced but still loved/were in love with the ex. I couldn't even be with a non-married person who considered someone else the love of their life. It would be all or nothing for me. Anything less than that would be worthless and unsatisfying; I'd rather not get involved at all than be second-tier.

On top of that, on the practical side, if that person cheated with other people too, higher risk of STDs. I do take sex seriously. To me, it's a force that is powerful and one that people shouldn't taunt or treat non-chalantly. The potential consequences of sex are very costly. I don't understand how people are light-hearted about it, other than thinking that the consequences "can't happen to them".

I am a celibate-by-choice person and am pretty much asexual. I am attracted to people, but I don't really feel physical urges to be "with them" or an interest in dating. I daydream about romance, but not with people that I actually know personally--more of a generalized thing--and I definitely don't like to be flirted with or hit on in real life. It literally makes me feel angry. I like the idea of romance, but not the actuality. I'm content and comfortable with my lifestyle and it's what works for me; I'd be open to the religious life later on, if I were spiritually evolved enough and if it was the right thing for me. So, that's one point of view from a Scorpio-influenced person. I am on the loyal and asexual extremes. I have a packed 11th house ruled by Libra, including my Sun and Mercury: friendship means much to me; romance does not. My 7th is empty except Chiron, as is my 5th (except NN).

However, the opposite extreme of Scorpio, the highly promsicuous, over-sexed type, also exists. The unhealthier version of Scorpio would be likely to cheat. I could see a lower-evolved Scorpio cheating for reasons of wanting to feel powerful, wanting to control someone (e.g., by blackmail, manipulation, or just emotionally), for revenge, to hurt someone, or to satisfy a physical desire for sex. I could also see a Scorpio cheating for the passion/intense romance.
