As a Gemini, I confused my past Scorpio bosses. I'm not the most tactful person, so sometimes they would get interesting answers to their questions. However, they never listened in on my phone calls.

I've confronted him in the past about the whole phone incident and he caused a dramatic scene while I calmly got my point across about the line he crossed. He turned red and those eyes zero'd in on me like a hawk. I asked, "How would you feel if someone violated your wifes privacy like that?" His response...completely ignored my question and asked "Why would you have your phone out?" My reply, "Why would you look at it? You violated my privacy and went to others as if I was looking at porn or doing something else against company policy. I will never trust you. I don't respect people who do things like that." His response. "I wouldn't have my phone out like that at work because I hold myself to a higher standard." A-hole. ******* never apologized. I don't think he was sorry I think he's sorry he didn't find anything incriminating. Why do you care whether or not I'm pregnant?

Well, did he stop looking at your phone at least??? I might have threatened going to HR or something, because snooping in an employee's phone is a violation of your privacy and is not a supervisor's right.

Also, the quote above is a testament to the verbal gymnastics that Scorpios like to play. Even when they know they are totally in the wrong, they will find a way to justify their own behavior, and avoid apologizing. They will usually try to do it in a superior way or pull a power play to try and intimidate you into keeping your mouth shut and going along with the way they are acting. Some of the Scorpio men (especially) seem to think that they need to be in control in order to keep people in line, and they especially pull power plays with people who intimidate them in some way.

Actually, my first thought was that this guy was feeling threatened or inadequate in some way because of who you are. That's when insecure Scorpios tend to pull power plays...

He stopped looking at my phone and avoided me for awhile after that incident occurred but slowly crept back to trying to be nice. I let him know he was in violation and that I will and did report him. He's come to me before this incident in an awkward conversation and asked why do so many people find him intimidating. I told him I can see right through him and he doesn't intimidate me in the least but that some may feel that way merely because of his position and rest is just his paranoia. I feel sorry his wife because I'm sure he gets on her damn nerves.

Exactly that's where I drew the line. You don't mess with my POSSESSIONS! I truly boiled from the inside out when I found out he did that. I could have choked the living crap out of that man in that moment. To be honest I think the sob liked that my button was finally pushed.

@Odette I'm a stubborn aqua. I would never quit something simply because someone may or may not trust or like me. He can take his stinger and stick it up his paranoid uptight butt. My biggest pleasure is having him see my smiling face every morning knowing he can't stand or understand me. Majority of the staff in the higher ups love and speak highly of me so it boils his blood knowing others feel opposite of him and with each reward and compliment I receive at work I make sure he sees and knows it. I love making him a miserable paranoid being.

The funniest thing happened yesterday he thought I left early and when he turned and saw me you could have sworn he saw a ghost. I asked is everything ok? "I thought you left."

"Nope I'm still here don't look so disappointed" lol He never moved quicker than that moment.

Well, he just sounds like a really unhealthy individual- and like it's purely psychological. He likes control, and he likes to dominate people and because you're different and aren't mindless and just obey him like other employees, he's going to go out of his way to intimidate, manipulate, or control you so you'll be like everyone else and he can continue to run the place like a power freak. Because he's insecure, and has no ego. So it's compensation.
