Hey Yvvette, here's a piece on Quindeciles http://www.astroknowlogy.com/questions/4d5ad87e945479438b0000da/answers/4fad55 e09454790bb2000010
Quindecile is traditionally a minor 24 degree aspect. Noel Tyl and his students are using the name for the 165 degree aspect. A few astrologers in Europe use the term Tao for the 165 degree aspect, but Quindecile is more descriptive as the 24th harmonic divides the circle into 15 degree intervals.
“The overall manner in which a quindecile may be expressed is determined by the specific nature of the individual planets and angles that are involved. We must take into account the focus and importance of those particular planets and angles, in addition to other aspectual relationships they may be making, and how this all fits in the horoscope as a whole.
Planets in quindecile aspect to the angles show themselves outwardly to others. The characteristics of these particular planets are “on display” for the world to see.
Personal planets in quindecile aspect to other planets are incorporated more into the general personality. The characteristics of each planetary “leg” are blended into a singular dynamic through which the obsessive-compulsive tendencies are channeled.
When the personal planets are in quindecile aspect to societal planets, this indicates an oppurtunity to take a position or stand within the defining of trends and fashions of society at that particular time.
When outer planets are in quindecile aspect to other outer planets, this is part of the evolutionary cycle of our societies and humankind in general. People born at these times may be part of this process."
This is from the book: The Quindecile by Ricki Reeves’ book “Quindecile” (as 165 degrees asepct) suggests “that there is a compulsive feeling of “whatever it takes” to fulfill one’s motivation. She describes quindecile as focused on obsessive qualities often related to mental health issues.”
Here's an old (and informative) LL post
