Both are in Gemini, so does it mean I'm EXTRA Gemini-y?IP: Logged |

Mars conjunct the Ascendant in Gemini gives curley/wavy hair as well as something prominate on the face i.e. beauty mark, birthmark, Aries eyebrows (almost a unibrow, but shaped like the Aries glyph), possibly a widows peak. I've even seen a lady with a birthmark on her head that made the hair on that spot white. It was unique and pretty. the Gemini part is talk, talk, talk IP: Logged |

Hmm! When I was younger I always longed for wavy beach hair, mine is baby-fine and straight though. No widows peak, and no unibrow thank goodness! I dig your friend's birthmark - I love quirky stuff, however...I'm not that talkative in person. I guess I just wonder why I play out some of the Mars conj. ASC behavior that I've read so far (like having a short fuse) and not the others (like going after what you want).

I think you're an Aries Sun (?) If so then Mars dispositor in Gem conj ASC would add a, well, an incisive intellect, not a shy person (just isolating this), someone who is open and honest about who they are, not someone others would want to argue with cos they'd prob lose (they wouldn't know what hit them) but could be argumentative when bored, and the whole issue of keeping away from boredom would be a major focus, versatile, forward. You'd have a lot of youthful energy, want to keep making contacts with new people, want to keep your mind stimulated, so not someone content lazing around even in your old age. You'd prob age well too, something feisty about you regardless of your physical condition. Might be a good salesperson, idea generator, create a lot of energy around something new. Then the energy of the house Mars rules would act as another layer to the persona, so that has to be considered, as you'd project that image as well, or at least a mixture of that with Gem Mars. And then Mercury would have to be considered as well, ASC ruler.IP: Logged |

I think you have great placements, I like the Aries/Taurus/Gemini blend. Have you noticed that you have Cardnal (Aries) Fixed (Taurus) Mutable (Gemini for your big three? What house and sign is Mercury in? IP: Logged |

Aries conjunct ASC in Gemini...hmm...very upfront person, no hiding or lying or bending? If I recall, that's your only air planets + Aries sun, the rest is all earth/water?IP: Logged |

@Lonake - You're right! When it comes to personal relationships, (well, and sometimes actual facts) I'm excellent at arguing. In fact, I think I'd be really good in sales because I tend to intuit what motivates people to make decisions, etc. I think I have psychology placement, indicators in my chart so it makes sense. Ah, what house Mars rules... the 12th. The poor, misunderstood, and aimless 12th house. My Aries Mercury is in the 11th. @RedScorp - I have Pluto as a singleton in Scorpio, in the 5th/6th house and that's IT for water. However, now that we're talking about Pluto - I also have Mars quincunx it as well. I guess what I'm starting to realize in wading through my Mars aspects is that having Mars in the 12th isn't that big a deal. It's aspected well enough that I probably come off a lot more aggressive, stronger, intimidating, everything un-Venusian, than I know. IP: Logged |

Lol yes, I did when I finally understood what that little 3x3 grid on astro.com's site meant. I assume it means I'm stubborn and supposed to be some unstoppable go-getter. But I'm not...yet, anyway. Well, I'm definitely stubborn but I'd rather be a go-getter.
