I can see where you would get that from. I don't speak that often and when I do, I sound just like I woke up. My voice is bedridden, thus the low, husky quality.

Possibly. I have more to say in writing than I do in person or even through a voice chat. In writing, I can think about what to say. aries rising- My voice is very deep and I can get pretty loud, whispering is too difficult to me- I'm a girl.When I was a small kid the people on the phone thought they were speaking to my mother Sensitive people that don't know me sometimes think that I am mad or they are like "why are you shouting?" And i just say "I am not shouting, you don't even want to hear me shout" yeah  But when I am tired or just lazy I start to mumble in that deep vibrating "tone"(?) barely opening my lips and my mom has the biggest problems understanding me IP: Logged |

My Ascendant is in Virgo and my voice is deep, loud, and powerful, but I think the voice is solely ruled by the 3rd house and/or Mercury.IP: Logged |

Scorpio Asc. Venus and Saturn trineSinging voice... pleasant baritone, can be pressed into service as a tenor 2 or lead as long as it isn't too high. Tone is pleasant but rather plane. Nothing so unique that it would stand apart. But rather good for blending. My "fall out of bed" songs are Turn the Page (Seger) and Desperato (Eagles) and I'm similar in range to the singer from 3 Doors Down. Speaking voice... I speak a little higher than I sing in normal conversation. I'm not a "fast" talker, and dislike it in others. I have in the past had to be careful to not be nasal, and as a child, had speech therapy to help with pronunciation... Mercury at the apex of a Saturn-Uranus T square. I also absorb the accent of my surroundings a little too readily, which isn't good when you're from SW Pennsylvania. I do tend to have a vocabulary, as any Gemini should, and I am as comfortable speaking to truck drivers and good ol' boys as I am ministers and businessmen... and geeks like me.

I get a mix response.Generally, its a strong professional voice. I will say things as thats "corre..ect" or that was "A as in Alpha, S as in Sierra". When upset my tone can change to sound domineering and demanding. ===================================

Aries rising female with a pretty deep voice, but it can escalate at a higher pitch when I get excited or passionate about something.  I am a fire void however, so I actually have a harder time raising my voice, but only in public. If someone close to me gets me angry in a more private setting, I will start shouting quite loudly in retaliation. Otherwise, I am naturally more soft spoken and can at times be one of those "low talkers." IP: Logged |

Yeah, your speaking voice has nothing to do with your singing voice. I can think of celebrities who have a pretty cute voice when they speak and they can't hit a high note when they sing because they don't have that vocal range. My mercury is in Virgo and I think my voice is sort of average/medium tone. It can get harsh or soft. IP: Logged |
