I have Juno 9H capricorn but have venus 12H aries.
I also found this to be interesting.
Juno in the twelfth house is outspoken in a proper way. Though they don't observe the rules of etiquette, these people enjoy subtle manoeuvering of others. Women with this placement use make-up skillfully. They can also be 'con artists' in their fields of endeavor. Juno in the twelfth house is significant in the karmic aspect of relationships. Often the partnerships one magnetizes have a destined quality to them. There may seem to be no visible reason for the union; but underlying the surface is an emotional power that one cannot deny. The visible relationship is only the tip of an iceberg whose antecedent causes go back into past lifetimes. Yet, it is these unconscious aspects that surface and dominate the relationship interplay. Sometimes the partner may be disabled or ill, so that one needs to selflessly serve and make amends to him or her. In other cases, the partner may be a victim, and one must learn to release him or her and let him or her evolve on his or her own. Juno in the twelfth house individuals may experience loss, denial, or death of their partner. On a spiritual level, partnership is connected to a desire to merge with the infinite. Where mysticism, dreams, ideals, and yearnings are shared, this placement can signify an ecstatic union.
Juno in Scorpio people crave emotional and sexual intensity, and intimate bonding with the partner. There can exist the tendency to attempt to control the partner, or to desire exclusive attention from him. Jealousy, manipulation, and territorialitiy or sexual withdrawal are reactions to the thwarting or denial of these needs. Juno in Scorpio brings a strong sense of fairness and sensitivity to obligations. They like to keep things private. Strong, silent mates would appeal to these natives. This placement is difficult for open communications.

Juno in the ninth house may mean that these natives travel with their partners. If these people bestow favors or gifts, they expect something in return. When others do not reciprocate, they are disappointed and frustrated. They have to work for benefits which they receive in life, so they would not be termed lucky. people seek meaning and truth through their relationships. There needs to exist a mutual respect for each other's mind. Oftentimes a person 'marries' his or her teacher or vision quest. The most important relationship interactions will occur in the area of ideas, philosophical concepts, or foreign contacts.
Juno in Capricorn brings executive ability. These people are demanding in relationships because they expect everyone to work as hard as they do. Their feelings toward others spring from their own deep sense of responsibility. Sometimes these natives serve others and are upset by lack of appreciation. Juno in Capricorn people seek depth and the assurance of long-term commitment in their relationship, and therefore may need the security of traditional and legally sanctioned forms. These individuals may attempt to control their partners and demand obedience or withdraw emotionally if their need for respect and stability is threatened.
