go to astro.com to extended chart selection then to pullen astrology and under that choose simple chart delineation!
to find the strength of planets/signs do 'find' (ctrl + f) and search the word power it should take you right to it.

I'm very Lunar, my Moon is the most aspected planet in my chart. Virgo, House 9, conjunct Chiron, trine Neptune and Uranus.I also have many Scorpio influences in House 11, my strongest house.     IP: Logged |

I am not sure what it means by strongest planet, sign and house... but I've been told Mercury is my strongest planet (?!?).. Mercury is in 10th house in Cancer. Okie, I love to travel... I think it has to do with my Venus in Gemini in 9th house (which exact trines my Moon in Aquarius in 5th house trine Mars/Pluto in Libra in 1st house)  Curiously, I am fancinated with churches.. Of them all, Santa De Flora in Florence is papercut out of fairytale to me.. just overwhelming beautiful... the next church fancination is Saint Basil's Cathdral.. I think it has to do with 12th house or 9th house??   Half my waredrobe is all little white dresses.. .
 and white jackets...
