if i was to assume that the draconic chart reflects my past life, then i find it interesting that i had an aquarian stellium with a leo asc and in this incarnation, i chose a scorpio stellium with a taurus asc.

Now I also think it represents where we are headed on a soul level. Because the draconic chart is based on the nodes and The North Node is at 0° Aries.
This sort of confuses me though because I don't know if your draconic planetary signs are the ones you have to integrate and are heading towards and thus the opposite of those signs would be where you come from and what you already mastered. Or if the draconic planetary signs show which quality you have underneath that if you manifest will lead you towards your spiritual/soul purpose (ie your tropical North Node)

I have a natal tropical cap stellium and my north node is in Aquarius. In my draconic chart My cap stellium becomes an aquarius stellium and my Sun-Uranus draconic conjunction in aquarius falls right on my tropical North Node. I've wondered if somehow I already had this aquarius energy underneath which helps me push towards my North Node or if when I'll come to my tropical North Node I will at the same time become more and more like my draconic chart planetary signs ?

This is significant. Sometimes we come across individuals who we connect with on a level which is not always evident in Tropical-Tropical synastry but the Draco to Tropical may express this underlying connection which may of originated from a past life connection with one another.
