My theory:Our world and everything in it is a construct of our creative mind. Astrology exists because the mind seeks to correlate seemingly separate things with patterns and systems. Our universe has no shape, it is the boundaries of our creative mind that perceives the universe with shape, reason, and rules. The planets reflect to us exactly how the whole thing works:
At the center of our perception of the world exists the individual self (Sun)
The Self is closely attended to by thoughts and the communication, correlation, and organization of data (Mercury).
Our mind perceives the world based on the qualities we perceive around and within us. Our ability to qualify our experiences also indicates the degree in which we appreciate, rate, relate with, or value the objects in our world (Venus).
Our Self, Mind, and Values all exist within a space we consider personal and internal. This personal space, through years of experiences washing over it, becomes etched with our memories. We tend to react to the world from the way our personal self has been shaped by our experiences (Moon).
Just outside the personal realm exists the reasons for why we believe we exist as an individual, our cause. We walk around and our energy resounds repetitively, "I AM ME, I DO THIS!". In this way we proclaim who we are to the world and demand that the world perceive us accordingly (Mars).
Closely related to our cause is our worth and what the world is worth to us. All objects have a cause and each cause benefits or nourishes the objects within the environment it finds most nourishing. Through cyclic and symbiotic exchange we find our natural place in the world. We essentially become of service to our environment and discover how our environment can be of service to us (Ceres).
Beyond our nature, exists our capacity for growing, evolving, and learning from exchanges in our environment. It is the lesson within our experiences and the moral behind each story we create. In a sense it is the deus ex machina which rescues us from a life of tragedy by way of a lessons learned. This is the aspect of all objects which uses experience as a catalyst for growth, the piece of us which perceives potential in our world (Jupiter).
Our Cause, Purpose, and Growth all abide within our paradigm. A world which functions based on the laws, rules, patterns, and structures we perceive in it. These rules are reinforced by our cautions or fears and are set in place to keep one's world functioning in optimum comprehensive order (Saturn).
Beyond our comprehension of how the world functions, exists all the things that could be, the concept of infinity. The space where the unconditional begin to take all and any imaginable shape. It is the abstract, the ideal, and the place where concepts which seemed to adhere to specific laws, become very flexible. This is the imaginative and perception-sensitive aspect of our universe (Uranus).
Concepts spring out of nothing and therefore no-thing-ness exists beyond our imagination (the concept of zero). The deeper one looks into an object or situation, the more it unravels. Put in more pleasant terms the universe exists beyond our ability to perceive objective qualities or conditions within it. There is an aspect of our universe which "Just Is" (in the most unconditional sense of "Is"). If one were to append description to this aspect of the universe, it would be like a perfectly clear and smooth primordial sea (Neptune).
Beyond the unconditional is the concept of limitlessness (the primordial sea has no perceivable depth), it just keeps going and going forever. This is beyond the concept of infinity, because infinity is the continuous addition or subtraction of objects (numbers are objects too). This concept is also beyond the concept of zero, because the concept of zero exists within limits. This is the endless depth of the universe (Pluto)
(Personal note)
The infinite nature of the universe, the unconditional material out of which all infinities arise, and the limitless capacity for both "endlessnesses" to exist, reside in a realm of comparison. All these things can only exist because they contrast something of an opposing or disharmonious value. The self and personal realm only exist because there is a perceived external realm. The infinite, a result of the finite. The unconditional, a result of the conditioned, and the limitless a result of the limited. All objects (down to the very energies which can not be objectified)"exist", because they co-arise in contrast to some "thing" else, yet the story of our solar system tells us all "things" are fabricated. Herein lies the paradox or koan of our existence: We are a thing in a world of things; existing where there is no such thing as things. (Eris).
Scientifically, if the universe was born from a big bang, than at one point all that you perceive occupied a very small space. Even if the universe did spray across a vast amount of space, all objects in the universe are subject to quantum entanglement. That being said, every particle of your being and every particle of any planet in our solar system are connected on a quantum level. The changes taking place in our environment effect us on an essential level, and the changes taking place within, effect our environment on an essential level.
