When I express those emotions in the only way I know how - animatedly, breathlessly, with lots of passion, I get the "chill out" comment.

Aii I hate getting such a comment.
Maybe Im fixed enough to often see it as a result of a robotized society in which people conditioned to wipe human emotions off as if they're just falling out of nowhere. It feels as an escape for the confrontation if we just need to press that button in our brain to stop.

And yes, the only one who could handle me was also a Scorp-Sun/Venus/Mercury and that's about 20 years ago (my longest relationship)

Although I was glad we broke up I couldn't help comparing him to any guy after for years.
Well I was used to let's say the *confrontation* which isn't much of a problem for scorp.

My Moon at 16'31* Scorp square Aqua-Mars/NN.
Jupiter on IC in both scorp.
Pluto right on Sun/Moon midpoint.

to me i feel intensity in other via their emotion (or at least i notice it's too much for me) so the people i find intense are actually cancers or cancer moons with some scorpio in the chart or in aspect to pluto.

I have Venus conjunct Pluto in Scorpio, in the 12th. Also have an 8th house moon, and a grand trine in water.

Venus Conjunct Pluto in Scorpio. My IV house. Very few people have seen it. I would say its tough for me. If you think about something of pure emotion with the energy of the sun and compact it into a much smaller space. When it even trickles through it is blinding. People don't want to see that side of me.

I have read in a couple of places that the NN is the huge head/mouth/stomach that can never get enough, so your Pluto conjunct it, I imagine, amplifies this hunger for intensity. And I for one, love intense and passionate people, especially if those people have an outlet for such passion, because i'm sure it could get destructive if turned inward. Do you also seek power?

"The problem is that intensity is what makes me feel alive. Why would anyone want to live any other way? People tell me that I need to chill. I say: Why not live, burn, feel, express, desire?"

Love that I hope more people such as yourself come into my life. Solution: don't change yourself, change the crowd you associate with.

Hence my original question: Who can handle this? Plutonians only? Why is it so unbearable to be intense?

--AMEN.

That is EXACTLY how I feel.

"Saturn right now is making me feel SO low I want to curl up somewhere and cry myself to death. Nothing is working out in my personal life. I feel miserable and betrayed. My relationship is at a standstill with no promises of progress and I just want to feel sorry for myself."
Oh yes, been there, definitely been there. And for me it was a time where I was quite vulnerable to make all the wrong decisions for the right reasons because I didn`t know my heart at all.

Actually I am really fearing for the upcoming Saturn-square to my Moon (on 17 Aquarius). It is so strange, I can take any Pluto-square or conjunction (Haven´t experienced the opposition) - as a matter of fact the time when Tr Pluto was squaring my Moon was one of the most intense and yet upbeat, carefree and cheerful periods (I do think this had to do more with Tr Uranus on my Venus and Tr Jupiter opposing my Venus though. lol).

Anyway, really, I gladly take any Pluto or Uranus transit (Tr Uranus squaring my Sun, while pr Sun was in Aquarius squaring my natal Uranus was a BLAST. I Had the time of my life! Tr Uranus conjunct Moon was scary at first, but once I was risking the leap of faith, it was really great), but please please please spare me these Saturn -transits! Those Saturn-transits to Venus are okay, I never experience them as bad as others (but my Venus is in Capricorn).
But Saturn transits to Moon, Sun/Mercury or even worse Neptune/NN (including ASC and Jupiter) were just so catastrophic.
I hate `em, hate `em, hate `em. (spoken in "Anna Christie"-voice).

Yeah I know how important they are for growing up and growing and growing, but they are NO fun, they also scare the crap out of me.

"So, Pluto always stands by me, helping me with the passion but when I try to express my very strong current Saturn transit, I scare people off. (Doesn't help that Saturn is strong in my chart as well.)"
It is the very "All-or-nothing" vibe that is especially strong if you have Pluto and Saturn coupled with each other. Saturn is focused and determined, and Pluto is very "Black or white". People are scared by this, because it is like there are no other options left. Either you are my friend or my fiend. There is not much middle ground. (and if you`re not my friend, you`ve got no place in my life anymore).
At least that is what people sense about this.

Of course it also means that you can be totally devoted, submersed in something or someone.
All or nothing. Heaven or hell. Life or death.
Nothing lukewarm. Nothing in between.

EDIT:
I think only people with a lot of confidence, faith and the courage to plunge into the depth of their own souls can really handle that.
If someone`s afraid of the shadows Saturn/Pluto is not for them.

On the other hand sugarcoated-candy-pink-fluff romance probably definitely is not made for you.

Saturn quincunx or opposite Venus in the natal chart. I'm with someone who has the former and they can easily be sensitive if someone rejects the practical and earthy things they do for them. They frequently use physical gestures like offering small gifts or opening doors etc., to make up for true intimacy. Not to say these things aren't sweet, but any intimacy beyond this can be too much for them, like hand holding for example.

Mars in the 8th. These people are sexually and emotionally intense. ESPECIALLY if Mars is already in a water sign, Scorpio itself or Cancer or Pisces. Cancer is the worst since it makes the sex drive move with the tides, e.g., the emotional nature, and for more emotionally balanced people or aloof people such a sex drive can be confusing and bizarre, or just too 'weepy'. But despite this, any 8H Mars person is going to carry some serious big time sensuality, and sexual intensity. They are seductive and know how to be without shame. You can also say 8H Venus but I feel that since Mars is our actual sexuality, the package that Venus is selling, its twice as important.

Venus-Pluto and Scorpio Venus. Do we need an explanation for this one? These people are so sexually intense, obsessive, bittersweet, siren-seductive and can also be ashamed of how it comes out so suddenly. But they are the most sexual Venus placement but also the most easily ashamed of this sexuality, confused by it or controlling with it.

Mars-Uranus has an electric and surprising sexuality. These people depending on the placements of the planets and other aspects, can like sexual surprises or be sexually intense and surprising to their partner.

Saturn-Moon for more regular intensity shows one who is emotionally intense but brooding at times, especially if Moon falls in Scorpio. The deep emotions are there, but just packed away... stored deep down with amazing control. Sometimes it can leak out which is not pretty, but it can also be totally cathartic when it's channeled right.

I go full force ahead with pursuing as if I were the guy. Not sure it's a good strategy, LOL.

Venus-Sat makes me very uncomfortable with my looks and it brings feelings of unworthiness.

Im sorry for asking so many questions but do you tend to push your object of affection away, if so what makes you feel comfortable in their presence?

No, I don't push them away. I pursue them. LOL. But I think that's my Mars talking.

I have body image issues but am never afraid to go after the objects of my affection.

Compliments usually work wonders for my comfort level.

In the chart, where my asc is at the degree as time remembered by my mom, I have 3 planets and my NN in the 8th house.
In my rectified chart, I have a Sco MC.
Which one is more likely to contribute to the intensity?
Are there aspects in one's chart who makes that person intense? I'm often told that "I don't miss anything" Is that Pluto? Saturn?

My cousin is pretty intense in relationships she has Venus conjunct Pluto in Scorpio
