Astrology always wins. Away from LL I run/ran a "studio." Fledgling until Mercury went retrograde, then I landed a steady, paying client. Never start anything new which you intent to go the distance - is the advice I give out to successfully navigate this influence. To outwit Mercury I came out with a plan - I would offer my services for free during the retrograde with no talk of money or pricing. After Mercury goes direct (didn't say this) if they still liked my service we would discuss fees and move on from there. No one rejects free where they were hoping to spend money, so this worked. Two months after Mercury took its station things fell apart. I liked what I do/did and I liked the steady money. However, a subtle clash of wills emerged which irritated me. As an easy breezy Gemini I felt compelled to act & confronted the client to tender my resignation. A Scorpio. Although I was sought out to help them progress, often I was left wondering who's in charge. Perhaps I wasn't as commanding as an Aries, Leo, or Capricorn. Doesn't matter!! In Nine's Studio - Nine's in charge. IP: Logged |

Agreed...I am starting to notice the same myself. IP: Logged |

LOL, yeah that sounds like a hard Mercury aspect when it is difficult to even hold a conversation with the person. But if his Merc was in Virgo that shoulda been benficial for your Cap sun. But then from reading your posts, I can definitely feel your Sagittarius influences. Lack of passion, was there a lack of Moon and Venus and Mars stuff as well? IP: Logged |

Anyway, that's next year.t.Saturn is just about out of my 6th house. n.Sun is in the 12th house. It isn't so much what I'm thinking, instead, it has been more like a huge Mercury Rx effect. It started with my car transmission giving out. A HUGE fix, $-wise. Then a medical bill came in that my insurance won't cover. Then my car registration came due. Then I accidentally parked without putting up my parking permit--got nailed, and now have a parking ticket. My own fault there, though. Plus a whole slew of other little things cropping up through the day that put me behind schedule. Thing is, t.Jupiter is in my 2nd house. Instead of gaining any $, it's flying out the door at breakneck speed! Ugh! All this has happened in just a couple of weeks. It's kind of depressing, since I've been actively looking for work practically every day since June. Not one single interview yet, and the agencies have so far given me zilch. I'm trying to stay optimistic. It can't last like this forever, but it sure is taking its sweet time. Sounds like t.Saturn is maybe giving you a bit of depression and some doubts about yourself? That would be my guess if the Sun and Moon are involved.
Yikes!!! That does sound like Mercury rx. I'm not a pro at interpreting transits but with Saturn on the 6th house of health and Jupiter in the 2nd, that may indeed indicate the whole medical bill and parking ticket business. I have a feeling that something in the job/career department will pop up with Saturn leaving I'm hoping things turn around for you and it's good you've got your head up regardless. Yeah, depression was actually getting a hold of me. My natal Moon is in the 5th and t.Saturn is on my 11th, and by circumstance I have been separated from my friends. One went to a college on the other part of the state, and I am not attending because of some financial issues that popped up and that's where the rest are. I don't even get on facebook anymore, LOL! But I am handling it a lot better, recently. I'm usually alone by default but I literally don't have social contact with anyone outside of co-workers and family. And I'm changing a lot of old views that no longer serve a purpose...so that's how my transits are manifesting. Nonetheless, sending positive vibes! IP: Logged |

I've been meeting Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Venus in Libras and I can tell they don't like or don't understand how to take my honesty. In turn I find them to be indirect and even dishonest at times, which drives me INSANE! I understand I can learn from them about some things, but in social situations I fail to see them carry any depth/substance. To me, they seem glib.Sorry to trash Libras. I know not all of you can be like that. I think Mars in Libras like me because of my Gem ASC and Mars in Gem but for some reason the other four placements don't gel with me!
Interesting, you only can deal with Mars in Libra as opposed to Sun, Merc, Moon or Venus. I think I have a few lame theories on why this might be, lol. Libra Mars is in mutual reception to maybe your Aries Venus? Like how they are switched ruler-wise. This can be interesting in synastry. But then it could be as simple as opposition signs being naturally aware to their differences and irritation. Or maybe your Moon in Taurus, which is ruled by Venus yet more grounded than airy Libra. Sorry I'm rambling, lol. Also, I hate to single out a seemingly irrelevant trait, but is your irritation caused by lady Libras or guy Libras or both? Because I think in a Linda Goodman book, she said that we may be attracted to the opposite sex of your opposite sign, but repelled or unsure of our same sex and opposite sign, which can be true for me.

Pluto is conjunct my Ac/venus..exact sextile my neptune, and opposed my aries jupiter...my neptune is in a stellium with my sun/merc..my sun/merc is trined my saturn under a degree...pluto semi squares my uranus also, constantly putting that abrupt change uranus with that tear down/rebuild pluto in my face... I never had any stability, mom married 4 times by the time i was 20, went to 11 schools, on verge of nervous breakdown n suicide by 15..married a jerk at 19, nearly lost my 8 month old son in accident, mulitple skull fracture, 2 blood transfusions, then my family turned back on me because i wanted blood transfusions for him but it was against the religion...lost everything i'd ever known....it goes on...but point is my life has been plagued with loss, always losing everything and starting over alone. PLUTO! Took me 35 years to realize, i cant stop the energy...i cant get stability unless im focusing this negative energy into something positive! So, i had to decide to gain control of this energy...i need to focus pluto on tearing down negatives as a job! So i've been learning skills to help others dig into their sub conscience fear and pain and begin to rebuild themselves...You can't stop the energy you were born under, all you can do is learn to channel it. The bad can be turned into good, if you learn to see it, accept it and then find out how its energy could be used as a positive... I have saturn sq my uranus by 2 degrees, so after finally letting go of the absolute control i kept over not accepting myself and forcing perfection from myself and started accepting im not perfect, i started learning to be myself and now i see how destructive it is to deny who you are. Denial of reality was much of how pluto kept pummeling me...these energies played off each other and kept me trapped. **Now i feel its my responsibility to help others accept themselves for how unique they are, and its our responsibility to express our individuality! whats funny is my saturn is leo and my uranus is scorpio Fun with responsibility and digging deep to uncovering your individuality! My saturn is in my 10th house and ive turned this into my job! If i didnt have astrology i probably would still be stuck, it gave me an outside perspective that showed these energies i felt were real, and it was up to me to change them. Its become something im passionate about....helping others accept and love themselves, and ive noticed my pluto isnt railroading me since ive started focusing its energy to help others tear down their walls of pain and accept themselves. So i think ive learned you can't change the energy of your chart, its about manipulating the energy into something positive. I believe there is no bad energy, just bad expressions of the energy...all serves a purpose for growth you just have to be creative in finding its positive value to you.
YOU ARE MY NEW HERO! Seriously, I have so much respect for this post. I whole-heartedly agree... IP: Logged |

Yeah I'm very Sagittarian...well, we both had Sag moons and Scorp venuses, so we did get along as best friends...but romantically/sexually the passion and attraction just wasn;t there for me (but it was there for him). He had Sun and Mars in Libra, which I can't stand. He didn't have enough passion himself for my Scorp venus to like..he was way too "on the fence" or trying to be too compromising. My Scorp venus/asc/pluto loves intensity and problems and well I had to purposely cause fights for there to be any flame in the relationship lol IP: Logged | |
