The hyper-critical, super-judgmental thing most Virgos have going, usually doesn't do them many favors. They're the perpetual critic that is always going around giving unwanted advice and suggestions, like everyone else is clueless and has to live and be and like what THEY want them to. Naturally, most people aren't going to respond well to someone like that.

The only Virgoan person I'm fond of, has way more emphasis on other signs in their chart, which is probably why I tolerate them so well because they damn-near aren't a Virgo at all.

Idk but for me personally I don't try to come off as judgmental or critical when helping someone. Maybe some people want to hear what they want to hear but as a FRIEND I give advice that actually helps them. Judgmental? No. Helpful? Yes. I'm not the type of person to be a "friend" and sit around listening to someone complain about their life situation/choices in order to gossip and talk about them later and say how "God awful that person is and how far they'll get in life" instead I offer my advice on how to improve those areas while being upfront on how I honestly see the situation.

But again we all have our different perceptions and opinions so maybe it may seem judgmental but for me personally its not that way. Heck I'd rather be a friend who gives too much advice than none at all only to just sit and watch you possibly throw your life away...

It's a personal opinion for me. I don't think Virgos are bad people. I just can't deal with how critical they are on a personal level. I know two Virgos quite well, a couple, through mutual friends whom I think are great people. I still don't seek them out because the female of the two criticizes to a point that it just feels like you're being judged. She means no harm. Just wants to help.. ugh. Take it somewhere else please.

And I find the "critique" of Virgo in this post interesting...Seems quite critical to be saying all these comments about Virgos no???. Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black??? Just sayin...

I would never say blanket statements about a sign. We are each such unique individuals and our spiritual paths are all so different.

But I do understand that not everyone's energies mesh regardless of sun signs.

Anway I am going to bow out of this post which I am now taking way too personal. You don't know me as an individual and to suggest you can figure me out due to my Sun sign doesn't make sense to me.

And lastly...what do your black and white comments say about someone as amazing as Virgo Mother Theresa???

And No one is perfect. We all have flaws...

It wasn't me - probably Belage But it's a good point though.

To the Virgo OP, honestly, I think you'll find that this week it's Virgos, next week it will be Cancers and then Scorpios, etc. My advice? Just ignore it - partly because it's some astro-forum-phase and people like to jump on the bandwagon and/or people tend to generalize a lot without the disclaimer that they are generalizing. And often without adding information about their own charts which might explain why a certain sign's energy is difficult for them to handle.

Also, FTR, we all have Virgo energy somewhere in our charts

Don't take the negativety personal you sound like a good person...I'm a Virgo and I am the same way as far as critizism. People keep saying virgos are so critical, but to be honest the most judgemental signs I usually run into not saying all are like that were Fixed Signs. They are "Fixed" in their opinions and ways. Us being a mutuable sign makes us able to adapt and understand...we love change and is open to it. I only am Critical of myself or THINGs..because I love ranting. But as far a judging people I am one of the most open minded people out here. I know sh*t happens, and not to judge anyone. In fact alot of my friends only come to me about certain problems because I'm the only one that will listen and give helpful insight around it instead of judging them or putting them down for their decisions.

They can be annoying from time to time. WHo isn't though right?

But their hearts are really pure. They might not say much but they are listening and I feel very protective over virgos. They don't express too well when hurt, sad of what they want. They will accept what you give but they always care for you and do really sweet things. They always keep you in mind. It kinda shocks me how much they can care when they certainly can't physically or verbally express it.

Ok, I got sucked back in to this dang post darn it. And I know I have better things to do then defend Virgos, but somehow this is getting under my skin. Interesting video redshift. But no one can deny the good she DID do. But thanks for that...it did open my eyes!

And yup, it all goes back to energy...and the meshing of one souls energy with another and/or the harsh aspects aflicting eachother in a chart. It also has to do with ones evolutionary spiritual level. A Virgo working on a low level of consciousness and spritiual development may very well be horrendous to deal with. But I also feel compelled to post the following as a reminder that ALL signs have access their negative side and some use it horribly. Here are some people that I would hope all people would agree were horrific and yes I'm SURE you could find a few Virgos to add to this too.

An old coworker who was terrible to women he worked with - Taurus.

Now would I say I don't like ALL Libra, Scorpios, or Taurus because of this??? Heck NO. They are individual SOULS.

What a shut off world it must be for people who say, Oh well they are Virgo (or any sign for that matter)- then forget them.
