I never heard of Jupiter in Scorpio as Bad boy. Why would that be so? The conscience would be "compromised"

EDIT: I just realized I didn't answer your question directly, lol. The difference between each...well, I never slept with the Mars in Scorpio so I'm not sure. I would say the Moon/Venus sensuality and intensity was a lot more palpable than the Mars in Scorpio. May also have to do with Sun signs in that case too though. OH, here's a difference: The Mars in Scorpio was more into stalking. The Moon/Venus stared a lot but I never got the impression he would look me up afterwards or play games like the Mars sign did. I think Moon/Venus in Scorpio simply wants their adoration returned whereas Mars wants a game of cat and mouse to begin.

That could just be an issue with personal evolvement rather than their actual placements. As an Aquarius Venus with Mars in Scorpio, I tried going into a relationship with someone and felt bad about realizing that my feelings didn't run as deep with him as I initially thought. I had to talk with him about it before considering myself single once again.
