Conversely, my Pisces friend, Leo Moon, is often moving in to hug or rough up others (affectionately of course ). She doesn't mind people sitting close to her, or like, leaning their heads on her shoulder, etc. With my Aquarius Moon, I'm pretty aloof, like...if someone's gonna hug me, I'm all for it, but if not, then oh well, stand two feet away if you want lmfao!

I set very definitive boundaries based on my level of familiarity and trust with someone... I don't hide or hesitate when it comes to making these things clear, as to which side of the circle you are on. And, I bitterly despise when some people try to worm their way closer when I'm not ready to accept them or their physical presence in that cozy-cozy, buddy-buddy manner. However, once you've passed the preliminary stages of friendship.... however long that takes, would inevitably vary person to person... I'm all for hugs! I love being cozy with those I trust!!! But, I hate anyone who prematurely trespasses into my comfort zone... 9h Tauro trine 5h Cappy Sun.... cozy-friendly is good, but security-friendly is more important. ^^;

You have to be the best of friends or a lover to gain that sort of intimacy with me. Personal touchy stuff that is far off from the usual formalities (handshakes, simple hugging gestures, tap on the shoulder, etc.) is only reserved to the two set of people mentioned above.

I remember one time when my mom's co-worker kept patting my head and putting his arm around my shoulder. He has a girlfriend already, I knew that. Usually I would be comfortable but efff, when it's him.. Chills run down my spine, and this sudden urge to punch him. I love it when people pat me! But when it comes to people whom I've yet to warm up to.. BIG NONO. Ever since then, I'm so scared of him. Not even coming to my mom's place anymore, and when I do see him, I would hide. ._. I thought of him as a pedophile.

But I love showing physical affection to the ones I love. I always noticed that everytime I walk with my friends, I always cling to their sweater or hold their wrist(out of habit). And I'm very happy when they hug me and squeeze me to death. LOL I sounded like a sadist right there.

It's all about vibes and mutual interest in hugging. A good hug comes together when both our bodies are saying, "this is headed towards a full-blown hug." Sometimes this arises spontaneously with strangers; sometimes this almost never arises, even with good friends.

I'm an Aquarius Ascendant (with Uranus prominent), and a Leo sun. All those things make me very distant and standoffish with *most* people initially - I hate when my space is invaded or when people touch me, or expect a hug or some kind of affection whether verbal or physical.
