From my own experience, I do not perceive Mars as being the reason why a Taurus man would confuse love for sex. And I would explain it this way. If Venus is the way that we attract our desires, than Mars would be the action or force that is applied towards acquiring those desires. But I would look to the full natal chart as to the expression or creation of those desires.

As the other female Mars in Taurus have stated, most men with MiT would be using their senses, be patient, deliberate and purposeful as characteristics of having MiT, whether they're having sex, making love, doing the dishes or teaching their children to fish.

First, I would say confusing sex with love is generally a male (immaturity) thing. Secondly, from an astrological viewpoint, it would be more potentially venus/mars/pluto aspects and more of a scorpio thing imo than solely a MiT thing.

In anger, expect the slow burn rather than the wild flare up for the most part. If you push Taurus Mars to the point where he does lose it, he will be sure to let you know it was your own doing.
