When one lover is Mars in Capricorn and the other is Mars in Scorpio...

How would you describe their compatibility? The pros? The cons, if any?

I'm Mars in Capricorn and I am deeply fascinated by men with Scorpio in their chart - particularly as their Mars or Venus. I guess I keep thinking the sex would be mind-blowing.

I think we both are private and mysterious also.

I love this question!

It's definitely one of the absolute best match-ups - both sexually and long-term.
Many Mars in Cap people marry Mars in Scorpio people

Are your Mars-es(sp? lol) in a sextile aspect? Or are they just sextile by sign?

My own Mars is in Capricorn. My closest friends, closest relatives and best romantic experiences are/were with people who have either Venus or Mars in Scorpio.

The compatibility is very easy. It flows. You just get each other. If the aspect is exact then there is an instant trust and feeling that you can count on each other

The pros?

TRUST! First and foremost.
As a Capricorn Mars you feel like you can relax with a Scorpio Mars.. and really express your sexuality because they are very stable and very loving.
Cap Mars has issues being close to anyone they don't trust. Scorpio is one the few signs they naturally trust.

The cons, if any?

Not many....
Scorpio is much more emotional.
But this is a good thing because Capricorn gives them something to fall back on.. and provides structure.
Their emotions are not erratic though. You definitely know what to expect from a Scorpio Mars (once you are with them).. This is also good for Capricorn - because they don't like erratic or unpredictable people.

There's no 'ego competition' here. Mars stands for ego. Because they are sextile your egos are mutually reinforcing of each other..

I'm not sure what to add for cons.. honestly lol
I don't dislike much about them.

Hello! Thanks for joining in.

I am very new to aspects and things of that nature. So I'm not sure if our Mars-es are sextile or not.

There are two guys that are friends (with possibilities, not benefits lol) of mine and they both have Mars in Scorpio. They both fear not being in control and at times they'll try to play a mind game -- which is the ONLY downside I've seen with them in terms of the Scorpio aspect.

They both have Airy Moon & Venus placements though, so they sometimes try to mask their Scorpio intensity. You can tell that they have an internal battle of HEART vs. HEAD going on and it can confuse them, and confuse you also LOL.

I hate mind games.
The ones I've known are reliable and emotionally honest.

I know that it is difficult to put your feelings out there and many feel like it puts them in a vulnerable position.. Mainly men! Men generally find it harder to be emotionally expressive.

It definitely takes psychological *strength* (it takes a strong man) to be honest about his feelings and not play games.
In my experience - Scorpio Mars men are very strong people - so they will not be that scared of rejection or act like teenagers playing games.

Also, Capricorn Mars is generally not attracted to the childish/teenager type.

Part of my attraction to Scorpio Mars is their emotional maturity.

That being said - any person can have flaws and any placement can have a downside... So if the guys you know - go around playing games, maybe they are not worth it. That's your call though!

It was the most emotional sex I've ever had.
Having an earth mars - I am not generally that emotional.
But I found a different side to myself with Sco Mars

It felt healing actually!

There is NO friction though - between Scorpio and Capricorn Mars..
You always have to look at the whole synastry... But based on this aspect alone - because it is a sextile - things run very smoothly - like you are flowing into each other.

I know an Aries Mars whose Mars is square mine and I am sure that sex with him would be 'mind blowing' - but I will never have sex with him because I can't stand him on other levels.

With Scorpio Mars - it's not 'mind-blowing' in the traditional meaning of that word.
It is just very intensely emotional.

if they/ i love you or am developing feelings for you i will say so when i feel them.

i have a tendency to blow hot and cold but they are not really games.. just how i feel at a given time.

game to me would be v v different. i'm not sure if people can tell the difference outwardly but i would never express emotion or speak of them if it were just a sexual relationship for me. it almost always never is anyway.

I, as a Mars Cap, am definitely NOT attracted to immature men. That's why I tend to like somewhat older, more experienced men. But these 2 guys I mentioned are only 2 years older than I am.

I agree that Scorpio Mars probably offers the MOST emotional depth. Which is why I'm drawn to them like a magnet! I crave intensity from a partner. I do think that regardless of having Scorpio Mars, airy elements in a person's chart can somewhat dampen that..depending upon the person and their experiences; Like the sex might be great, conversation might be very nice, but they may fear 'emotions' in OTHER areas of their life.

I like an earthy or watery moon COMBINED with a Mars in Scorpio -- ooooh gives me chills thinking about it!

It might not technically be a game...but inconsistency to a Mars Cap *is* a game to most of us. Which is huge turn-off.

If the Scorpio Mars is mature and READY for love...I don't think that there is ANY better lover out there in existence.

But if the Scorpio Mars is unsure and/or immature...their depth of character is overshadowed by their wacky mind trips due to insecurity they may be experiencing.

In general also, you have to take the entire synastry into account. Taking two isolated planet and assuming how compatible they are one way or another based off of that alone, will nine times out of ten, give you the wrong answer.

I had Venus conjunct Mars with an ex. Sounds good on its own until you factor in that his Saturn also opposed my Venus.

I put in the information needed for a synastry chart a couple days ago to see how I would match up with this one guy.

I was kind of confused. It was like a 60/40 split...with 60% of our aspects working well together while the rest of our chart wasn't clicking so well. So what does that mean overall? LOL

Are certain aspects much more important when evaluating love matches?

I believe that's coming from Mars naturally ruling the 1st house of identity, being head-strong, and in some ways, ego. I don't think the ego is limited to just the Sun.

LMAO at consistent games. So seriously though...when a Scorpio Mars starts asking you questions like "Would you ever consider falling for me?" or "What do you want in a man?" BUT THEN flips it and starts acting like they don't give a damn...what the hell does that mean? That is 'the game' or the test you guys give? Hotdamn I wanna slap you guys but passionately kiss you at the same time!

Yeah you got a double dose of possessiveness!! haha

more like quadruple i am a scorp asc and venus in taurus too.

see that's not really a game. i would not tiptoe. sure i would ask that question but only online. in person i would not because it's for you to decide whether that man is me or not. i would say "i am falling in love with you" then we can get to the sex no? and it's where i show that love. yes emotion, lots of it, everything, all there. only there. nowhere else for me. and only with you.
