The sign ruled by the Sun being cold? I'm a Leo Moon with a fire dominant chart and I'm almost always warm and affectionate. Coldness and aloofness is something that an Aquarius Moon would do. IP: Logged |

Funny thing, even though Leo is ruled by the warmest ball in the solar system, even Linda Goodman described Leos as having the ability to ice you out if you've wronged them in any way. I'm not Leo moon, but I'm Leo Sun, and if someone wrongs me I can and do do that.IP: Logged |

I personally haven't experienced it. My graphic design teacher has a Leo Moon, and she's a very warm individual. She hugged me on the last two days of school, and was noticeably upset when I told her I wouldn't be going to that school anymore. In fact I may go visit her this next year (as per her suggestion)  ------------------

Not a Leo Moon but I have a Cap Moon in 5H opposite Leo Saturn. I am warm, bubbly and friendly until you: Embarrass me publicly

IME, they don't really ice you out - they just kinda sulk and you have to go apologize for whatever it is you did that ruffled their mane. They're pretty generous and forgiving, haven't known one to hold a grudge (unless other planets point to that). In fact, they sometimes stay too long with the wrong people, because they don't want to be petty and end up giving people the benefit of doubt more often than not. IP: Logged |

Leo moonWhen i decide to walk away. I walk away. I dont really hold a grudge, just dont want anything to fo with that person. I move forward. Maybe it comes across as cold. Not my intentions, but moving on is moving on.
Its pointless to pretend to like someone u dont want anything to do with. Cant be fake like that. U know where u stand with me either i like u alot or not at all. Really nothing in the middle.

I met a Libra, with Leo Moon.
He was a narcissist, the most selfish person I've ever met in my life.He and I met in very special circumstances, when we were little. I thought I could trust him, but no. He betrayed me in the worst possible way. I will not go into details because it is an unpleasant story. If an energy seems to contradict the nature of the placement, there are additional things at play.A"cold" Leo Moon could be because Saturn/Uranus or Pluto are in aspect with the Moon. Or very dominant somewhere in the chart i.e on the angles, as part of a stellium or involved in a T-square. A Leo Moon with Saturn-Sun-Mars in a T-square will behave "cold" or more aptly put-"restrained". The energy will be atypical to the warmth that Leo Moons are known for. This is because the ruler of the Moon(Leo) is the Sun. And both the Sun(vitality and expression) and Mars( passion and outward action) are jointly tied to Saturn in the T-square. Saturn hits the breaks on anything. This is similar for instance(when we take another example)to having Saturn in aspect to Moon directly. Here especially when Sun is in Leo, the native will seem very "Saturnine".This despite no direct aspect from Sun to Saturn. The same is true of Moon Leo/Sun Cap, Moon in Leo/Sun in Aqua,Leo Moon/Sun in Scorpio(very suspicious). Moon in 8th,Moon in 10th,Moon in 11th.

Wow I guess that is one way the moon in LEO's dramatic side can manifest when in combo with venus square pluto perhaps...... @ Original Post... My co-worker has moon in LEO and she is AWESOME! she is always joking around and she is sooooo creative. I don't feel MOON in LEO is COLD! check house, aspects and other things in that person's chart that can explain this coldness. Leo is ruled by the SUN for a reason, it radiates warmth. Pewdipie has moon in LEO IMO, moon in LEO folks are usually VERY in touch with their inner child and creative side like my co-worker.
