I just got a guy to agree to Western Union me $450 off Craigslist with just a few e-mails from me. I've done stuff like this all my life. I'd make a great con man! It even says right on the top page on Craigslist NOT to Western Union anyone money, because it's a scam! But fortunately for many others, I am extremely honest and trustworthy. What do you think would give me such powerful powers of persuasion? Pluto in the 1st? IP: Logged |

I think it is because you are NOT a con man and people can feel it. I would trust my gut to do something like that, too, BUT with the right person.------------------

Probably your Virgo Asc and your Pluto in the 1st house. Virgo Asc gives you super focused structure and attention to details.------------------

I dunno your chart at all, Randall! but - if Pluto were to rule your 3rd or 5th houses it could aid into the persuasion factor... 3rd would give you the persuasive reasoning to everyone, and 5th just likes to play games, so you'd get a slight kick out of verbally swaying people's opinions or actions... right? lol I think something like that~ (Pluto 3rd myself... but in all honesty I think I just appear too innocent and lame to be clever, or mentally agile... so people can be thrown off... plus 5h sun so I like to play games, and my 8h aries mars cnj pluto over in 3h... XD when it comes to games where money is involved, or business... I think my communication skills are always in top gear, and not to be easily beaten.) ^^; that all said... what about your 12th house and its rule? psychological manipulation would come from within there right??? having pluto asc and aspects to the sun or mars could help too~ your ambition and persuasion would/could rub off on people, used positively, and not if squared I think... lol yes, my very novice theory!~ it has to do with MARS - Sun - Pluto/Asc~ and being a Cappy - you're blessed/doomed to be trusted with the ability to handle everything and everyone's troubles! XD looking innocent and reliable and trustworthy... help get your foot in the door on matters that other more aggressive/abrasive types would have the door slammed in their faces over... something like that, eh?! I vote, goat power plus pluto, and any aspects involving it and it's house(natal and natural)! I don't know which placement is relevant but I know someone who's good at this, here is what I can remember from his chartCapricorn stellium 8th House (incl Jupiter)
Grand Trine Scorpio Neptune with Venus and Mars
Gemini rising sextile Pluto 3rd House Leo
PoF conjunct MC Aqua wish I had that 8th house stellium, my 8th house Moon is so lucky... NOT lol but I think it also depends on the victim's chart and current transits IP: Logged |

ha.. ha.. ha.. i used to be an excellent con in my early 20's, when i worked at various callcentra's as part time jobs. from legitimate and simple projects to complex and sinister ones, whereas colleagues was struggling to persuade customers.. i had a easy time and was always one of the top scorer.i can make a fat girl lose weight with my communication. perhaps its my 3rd house stellium.
