I mean LIKE, not necessarily can It seems to me that moon and Mercury play the biggest role here. What's your opinion? If you're one of these people, what are your placements? I enjoy singing a lot and I have a Libra moon and Sag Mercury.

I LOVE singing! I have Moon in Taurus 11H and that trines Neptune in Capricorn in the 7H. Mercury (11H) sextiles Mars (12H), and is conjunct my Sun and Venus, but makes no aspect to my moon. Mercury in Aries, so when I sing I sing LOUD.

I LOVE singing, too..I sing all the time, at home, in the car, and when I'm not singing at work I'm usually whistling a song or something.

Sagittarius Mercury, Sagittarius Moon, both in 2nd house

I can sing pretty well.My gemini moon trines pisces mercury,my mercury also conjuncts my venus,sun,saturn in pisces.I have venus in pisces in 5th house and leo MC as well.I have neptune and uranus in 3rd house.

I think taurus moons have beautiful voice.

I've always loved music, playing it, listening to it, but nothing soothes my soul like singing. I've been told I'm not too shabby but I think smoking cigarettes has ruined my voice... Doesn't mean I don't belt it out like nobody's business though

I absolutely LOVE singing! Karaoke nights are the best way to express pent-up emotions! I participated in the high school choir and was part of a few musicals here and there. Now that I don't have a creative outlet, I usually sing whenever I can.

My Sagittarius mercury in the 6th squares both my Pisces moon in the 9th and Virgo jupiter in the 3rd.

I think the story goes, "I was singing before I could talk". LOL When I was a kid I sang non-stop in groups, on my own, at convalescent homes, in talent shows, at church, ect.. I had a very unique range (Baritone - Second Soprano after puberty).

It was the one thing I remembered made my parents happy, so when they abandoned me, I smoked anything I could get my hands on and intentionally destroyed my voice. Now days, it sounds great in my head, but when it comes out it's ruined. Ah well, life lessons.

I'm not sure it has much to do with my Moon/Mercury. I have always heard Taurus and Leo placements show strength with music. I have Aries ASC with Chiron in Taurus, in the 1st House, and Mars in Leo trine Sun/ASC. My Moon is in Virgo and Mercury in Capricorn.

But, if you look over the most popular singers of all time, from "The King" to the other "King" Michael Jackson, to Aretha Franklin, to Mariah Carey, to Freddi Mercuri, to Whitney Houston, and Andrea Bocceli, and my FAVOURITE example of this... Luciano Pavarotti (because he literally has something in every sign)~ what you will see they have in common (even when one is in favour of the Leo/Taurus singing skill theory), is that they all have extremely "well-balanced" charts... in that each of these people who are honoured, and internationally recognized for their vocal prowess, all have placements in every element and/or every sign.

So, in my humble opinion...the people with the best penchant for singing, maybe even the most talent for it... are those with very disorganized charts (splatter?), and diverse elemental interplay.

(I also noticed a lot of people in this list have planets on AP, and critical degrees/cusps... just throwing that out there too, since it seems interesting... that might have boosted their stardom, I believe.)

I love singing! Artistically if you have venus to neptune placements or neptune to mercury that could play a huge part

then libra and taurus

Leos can be very cheery and singing away

I have mars conj mercury in cancer
and I'm a soprano I have only had gold awarded in singing competitions and mostly because the judges alway comment that I put a lot of feeling into the song. So how you sing meaning quietly or away from people depends on your uranus placements, because this planet has confidence and a lot of it. Fire signs tend to have more confidence obviously.

I love singing.
My astrology is a Venus Dominant and I also have Mercury/Venus square Neptune. Which kind of makes me dream like, I think that might be part of why I'm psychic to tell you the truth.

I also have Gemini ascendant with a third house cancer. Third house cancer communicates from the heart with raw emotion. Mercury rules the 3rd house so perhaps thats why.

I'm not nearly as good a singer as my half sister who is very taurus with a pisces ascendant, but who is to compare?

But who is good at it and who is not?

Who would stand up and sing karaoke and who would not? (even if they knew they were good or not)

I think a love of singing is inherent in most signs to some degree or another.

I like to sing, more so when I was younger, sang so much I broke my karaoke machine. But I don't like singing in public one of the reasons I quit chorus. Overall I think Taurus placement gives a person a pleasant voice.

I love to sing, but I don't think I'm very good so I try not to embarrass myself.

My mom loves to sing. Whenever she can, she karaokes with family, friends, and by herself. She sings in the shower. She's won singing competitions. People also love hearing her sing and encourage her to sing in public.

Her Moon is in Capricorn in the 5th house (house of creativity). Her Mercury is in Scorpio in the 3rd house (communication).
