Okay so next week I have a meeting with the gemini man I work with. It's a meeting for work. After the last emails we exchanged, things became awkward because I called him out on his behaviour towards me. I don't know how I should behave when I see him. I'm very anxious. The last email he sent was almost like an indirect apology(He showed regret for how he behaved but never actually said I'm sorry for how I behaved and that's fine.) And even though I appreciated his reply (it was big of him to show a sign of regret even if it was indirect) he put me through hell with his behaviour for months and I'm also scared that if I show him that I'm okay with him now, i'll be giving him the green card to repeat his awful behaviour, and at the same time, I don't want to come off as an unforgiving mean person. He has a very friendly helpful nature(Sometimes I end up smiling like a moron at the things he says even if i'm mad at him.. he's very charming). I don't know what to do. Advice? Please? Thank You.

Just be casual.
Gemini people are not really the type of person to take things very seriously and they forgive and forget quite easily (generally).
So, be yourself, don't come off too strong nor too compromising. Go with the flow, you're a Pisces after all!

I noticed that with pisces too, I have to be very gentle with them. :3

Just think about having a good time, enjoy the environment and the company. Do not over analyze things. Gemini's respond well to that, they just want to have a good time.

Kerosene: He's done this many times before, when he sees that I'm not giving him any attention or that i'm mad at him he tends to become nice with me and when I show him that I'm okay with him, the smallest thing in me that will irritate him, he'll start becoming harsh with me. For instance, He recently sent an email to my boss complaining about my performance(before the apologetic email) when in reality, he is right, I was falling behind but that's because I was doing all the work. He would either show up for less than an hour and do a half a... job or he would not show up at all. I nearly got fired. He's F***ing crazy! I got so furious that I ended up sending him the worst email ever. I didn't curse at all but I did point out every single tiny detail about his lack of showing up and him not helping me with the projects. I don't scream or insult or anything of that sort. I just criticized him as a COWORKER WHO ISN'T DOING HIS JOB PROPERLY and this is when he sent me that email in a way regretting what he said. He's insane. His behaviour also changed half way through, in the beginning he was so nice and gentle and even on some level flirtatious.. I was nice too but within limits(even though I had a secret crush on him) then he started to change.. he started ignoring me, interrupting me and that's when not showing up for our projects started happening.

Yep, they're that changeable. I should know, I gave Gemini rising rofl.

But hey, you did the right thing. Don't let him take advantage of you!

As time progresses, mercury is shifting its focus from virgo to its true sign gemini. Now virgo buddies I meet have less cold heartedness, witty jokes, critical nature and more practical jokes, warm and earthy down to earth and mature temperament. This I have noticed with about 20-30 virgos including myself so its not Taurus in their charts.
So Geminis are becoming more and more critical, insensitive and nervous than usual.
Being a Pisces you should be on guard against mercury ruled people.
They can be mischievous, cunning, cold hearted, critical men. With no respect for woman. I recently worked in an organization with a Gemini boss. Normally he was very charming, friendly and compassionate. But he was making up a ponzi scheme for all of us to fall into including our clients. I got a whiff of his plan and didnt involve many clients in his schemes. He became rude to women clients who refused to pay abusing them like crap. The scheme failed and he refused to return the investors their money Eventually I had to go to the cops and when I threatened him to return the money. He did promptly.
So be careful if you want a long term relationship out of this man.
A Gemini man is best suited for flings and he is the best at it. Most entertaining, gregarious with his motley of jokes, mimicry etc. But he is not an emotional person with morality.ps I am a virgo male.

So square: With all do respect but I really disagree with you. The world does NOT work like that. We make it work like that and we are the ones who allow this type of behaviour to go on. And YES he IS the problem in all of this.

Everyone at the office has been noticing his behaviour because even when he is supposed to have a meeting with other colleagues sometimes he just doesn't even bother showing up. And no I will NOT get used to it. I WILL make him work whether he likes it or not or else I'm going to throw the project in his face.. LITERALLY. If you think it's alright for him to behave this way simply because you think "the world works this way" and that "he was once a junior and had to do all the work on his own" then I feel sorry for you.

Yes I am whining about the situation(Just like everyone whines when they're in a bad situation, even you. EVERYONE WHINES.) and I'm also taking action against him and calling him out on it by laying all the FACTS down to him. He has the right to know how badly he's messing up. This is simply unacceptable. If he's not willing to do even the simplest tasks such as showing up then he should go back home and be a lazy bum. Nobody wants to work with a lazy bum. Quit talking to me like i'm some 12 year old who is living in lala land, you got it? You're being disrespectful.

How do you explain this? A few weeks ago he was supposed to meet two people and 10 minutes before they arrived, he left! He left! He didn't even apologize for doing that or even bother giving an explanation(if he had one). EVERYONE HAS BEEN NOTICING THIS. This is ridiculous. I don't give a crap if he once had to work alone with no one to help him, I was NOT that person who did that to him so he shouldn't do it to me.

We all had to do it. I understand that. Heck, I even did it a while back with him. But it doesn't mean it's correct. And it also doesn't mean that you shouldn't call that person out on his behaviour. He has the right to know what a f*cked up job he's doing. I shouldn't have to constantly call him just to make him come to the office and do his work. He SHOULD be there.

We're not his f*cking slaves. I don't care if it was done to him, if he's still ****** about it then he should go confront the person who did it to him, not his coworker who is trying to actually collaborate with him.

Ps: I did forget him. After all of this, I cannot imagine having someone in my life who is as flighty as a feather.

With his Sun square your Sun and Moon, ego clashes are bound to occur with him. Also, you may find him very insensitive and inconsiderate because of this.

Gemini's are really changeable. It's no surprise his behavior changed half-way through; Gemini's are known for having many sides. Gemini is a mutable sign, so they are fickle, and may have difficulty committing to their responsibilities. Sags and Geminis definitely have this in common. They are very restless, and need plenty of stimulation and variety. Flighty is a good word for Gems. They also don't shut up lol I love Gems, though- don't get me wrong. they're super fun and entertaining.

Good for you for standing up for yourself. I think his Sun squaring your Sun/Moon really lends itself to overall confusion; the two of you will have a hard time understanding one another. At the same time, you can learn a lot from each other.

I agree with the others- just be casual. If he doesn't do the work, you should call him out again. He has it in him to do the work, I'm sure, but he seems too flighty and scattered...

Thank you starfairy. Finally! Someone who understands what I'm talking about. I love gemenis a lot. My best friend is a gemini and my father is a gemini. They both drive me nuts but it's okay. I'm a very patient person.. and no one is perfect. Even me, i'm too harsh and insensitive sometimes but you know, I can't handle it when someone just throws their work at you and just flies off. I'm very straightforward and organized when working and I never miss a deadline or meeting and I always show up 10 minutes before a meeting or so. I'm not expecting everyone to be as organized as I am but I also don't expect people to not do their job properly and be extremely chaotic.

I've kicked many people off my team throughout the years(even in school) when I saw that they're not doing their job properly. I usually give people a chance(especially if I know that they're having problems at home or so.. or if they need help, i'll help them) but if I see that they're just coasting throughout the project without even doing the minimum amount of work... This is just unacceptable.

I'm completely aware that the world isn't all fluff and bunnies. I never said it was and again, I do not expect him to be anything like me but I mean heck, if he's not going to do his job properly then at least give me the minimum amount of his time to help me work on it. Just because i'm a pisces it doesn't mean that I see that world as the rest of the fish do. And dealing with it the best way he knows how? He's MUCH older than I am, he's almost 32 years old. I'm 23(birthdate is different on passport). Aside from the rest of one's chart, people are different due to their environment and the society they grew up in and even their experience. I know pisces women with a Pisces moon who are strong as hell because they've been through hell in their life (abuse etc..) and they're 2 years younger than I am. I couldn't even believe they were pisces. When pisces have bad experiences believe me, they become very very VERY practical people and they abandon their fantasy world and they become accustomed to their reality and what it really is. Anyway, thank you for your insight.

Yeah, I understand what you mean.. The description you have given of yourself really speaks to your Sun-Moon opposition. Your compassionate and helpful like a Pisces, but you're hard-working, meticulous, and maybe a bit Type A with your Virgo Moon. You derive a lot of emotional satisfaction from working, organizing, etc..

His Gemini Sun is highly intellectual, which clashes with your emotional, sensitive Piscean nature, while your hard-working, meticulous Virgo Moon does not appreciate the fact that he is scattered and unfocused.

If he's coasting, leaving before meetings, being rude, etc., why does he still have the job? Is he good at his job, or is he just good at talking his way out of things?

The reason I want to work with him is because he's very very good at what he does. He can be a hardworker and do an even better job than me if he puts his mind to it. He has several degrees from prestigious universities and he's very detail oriented and can do an excellent job. I've seen some of his work, amazing is an understatement. I know we can be a very great team but I don't know what's wrong with him.

Also, he's very easy going. He can charm anyone he wants. You should see how the women in the office behave. He's such a sweet gentle person. He's just flighty. I'm sure he's genuine and friendly. EVERYONE loves him... BUT.. they see how he's behaving.. but they still love him and defend him. It's insane! Even the guys at the office are his friends and they all friends with him. He's very goodlooking too which is also working for his benefit.

and with your Virgo Moon, you're definitely not like most Pisceans. Yes, Pisces people can be quite unrealistic, overly sensitive, etc., but your Virgo Moon definitely balances this out, making you far more realistic, pragmatic, organized, etc.. Plus, women tend to emit their Lunar energies quite strongly for the simple fact that we are women, and the Moon is a feminine sign. If your Moon is in the 6th house, this would strengthen your work ethic considerably.
