Why are you so hung up on your Ascendant?? What's so great about it? Like, not your AC specifically, but...just so fanatical - I don't get it.

Hey I lovvveee my Leo Moon and Venus in Pisces just as equally toooo.

But Scorpio Rising holds a special place in my heart because the description was just freaking spoooootttttt ooooooooooooon. When I first got into Astrology, I though Pisces matched a number of major characteristics in me but I was wondering why I was sooooooo nasty, violent, and overall a narcissist (which does not match Pisces at all).

At first when I got the Moon in Leo, I was realllly shoecked of its description because it did not match me (and even more so after I got deeper into Astrology as I realized the stereotypical Leo Moon man was everything I wanted to be for my teen years and forward).

But Scorpio Rising soooooo shooooccckkkked me because of all the things in my chart no other placement was near 100% accurate as it is. Its at that point I began to understand my past and my current personality and it gave me hope for the future, to change.

But I love my Leo Moon and Venus in Pisces just as much and I am so sad in my next life I probably won't be reborn with either signs (though Moon in Pisces does have similar traits to Venus in Pisces so losing the Venus is not as bad but I hope i'm reborn as a Leo Venus or Leo Mars).

Also I wouldn't be where I am without Scorpio's energy that enabled me to change my destiny .

I think you've misunderstood the meaning behind Scorpio. "Nasty and violent" are not characteristics applicable to any sign. They are simply symptoms of a deep-rooted underlying problem that needs to be dealt with by the individual. I know, and have known of, many individuals with these tendancies. It cannot be attributed to astrological placements or any one sign, be it Scorpio, Pisces or Leo. Some of them have personality disorders, others are just arseholes.

I personally love boxing to take out my inner anger/tension - we all have it unless you're the Dalai Lama

Boxing, MMA, martial arts - this is controlled "violence".

If a person is nasty and violent in attitude, outside of an MMA cage, then they've lost control of themselves.

Right now he is an incredible little soul, passionate, sensitive, kind and gifted.

If he becomes "soooo nasty and violent" then I've done my job wrong.

I hear what you're saying. I haven't come accross that placement personally so that's the first time I've read something on it.

The article also mentions how it's important for parents to help the child channel that energy which could be destructive. I do that with my son.
