Ha! I've got Pluto in the 5th according to some house systems. And vertex in Scorpio. And pars fortunae. And south node. And Pluto trine Venus/Mars. And yet I kinda like it that way IP: Logged |

So yeah I don't think one can be happy knowing something is in fact second rate. This is actually what my lover is trying to do at the moment. Then he ends up sending me weird messages there's top notch and there's whatever falls below top notch. Knowing a certain liaison is not top notch makes pleasure and happiness impossible. Where am I wrong?
lol nah I don't think you're wrong. I got the wrong impression that you're still in love with the person and can't let go. Then I read your post to jessica and I got it now that it is about competency. Lol I agree that once we have a taste of good stuff, it is impossible (or nearly impossible) to accept second-rate. Meh, I'd say keep your standards, the guys who don't have what it takes then show them the door. Personally, i think a relationship can only be happy if both parties' needs are met. It can be frustrating, we all know that finding the one who's all that is quite difficult lol hang in there. IP: Logged |

@muddy: well I might allow of a possibility of patching up, but that is if he sort of went further than sending me messages full of self pity and that. I miss having those feelings, not the person. And yeah no one seems to realise I have needs. Apparently I should shove them somewhere and become someone's servant/ sex toy IP: Logged |

really? oh i guess i do not think of myself thus. i tend to think of myself as more saturnian- i dont mind pluto AT ALL but saturn is like physically painful for me- i am just not naturally disciplined and into doing the socially acceptable thing - i mean i dont want to like burp in public but i also dont get much joy sending handwritten thank you notes either you know... BUT SATURN FORCES ME TO!!! whereas pluto just lets me get what i needto get out of my system and move on you know?

@ Got Gemini: Venus/Neptune is sweet but it's also the worst when it gets bad. But thanks. All my romantic placements are either Pisces or Scorpio-influenced, so it's quite intense, to say the least. Except Aqua Venus. @sharpei: I think it's like a couple of degrees to go, so the effect is not really dramatic just yet IP: Logged |
