You can't say that without mentioning that it would also affect those opposite degrees, and even squares! IP: Logged |

I have no Pisces but daaang my energy level is close to 0 ! I'm soooo tired all the time and can't get out of bed in the morning, I'm not motivated to go to shcool or study or do *anything* .. But I relate that to Neptune squaring my ASC and Nodes. And.. all the other Pisces planets in the air right now. Plus my natal Chiron is 7 Virgo, so.. yay! Hopefully it will alllll get better soon, for myself and you guys Ps. I'd like to know the astrological reasons for the phenomenon, too!

Could that apply to other personal planets/lights in late Pisces? I've been feeling really low all through February for no reason. I even thought -not of suicide, I would never do that to my family - but I've been hoping I was seriously ill and was done with this life. I believe in the afterlife so, it's not like I'm afraid of dying.I was blaming it on transit Chiron conjuncting my natal Sun/ opposing my natal Chiron. But my moon is in 21st degree of Pisces, not to mention Saturn in Virgo, 23rd degree. IP: Logged |

Hmm…I think this should be looked at on all angles.Neptune is an outer planet of illusions; and so, its effects can inspire fanaticism, hero-worship or (conversely) the breaking down of boundaries, merging and tearing down of what once was. Neptune is the planet of both naivety and strong belief. It is the planet of deception but also divine inspiration. It’s very much a double-edged sword. When Neptune aspects the Sun (harmonically) it can bring divine inspiration and the need for the individual to involve herself in the affairs of the external world. Not as a casual observer, but one that gets involved in serving to help others through a difficult time and empathizing with those that are disadvantaged in some way. With this aspect, our beliefs in spirituality, God and “the Universe” are strengthened. We start to believe that this is not all there is to life and may even align ourselves with an ideal/belief system that encompasses who we are. We are definitely more forgiving of transgresses against us. With Neptune aspects to Sun (harsh) it can bring about the amounts of inspiration in such excess that it becomes fanaticism. This can lead to self-deception or the belief that our way is “the one true way”. It is easy for us to be deceived or to see what we want to see and be averse to how things really are. Neptune can also lead to irresponsible behaviour, especially when the Neptune effect is the dissolution of what we perceive “matters”. Then we substitute it with the extreme idea that “nothing matters”. So we can self-destruct in a nonchalant fashion and see no real point of going on. In this regard, “ending it all”, abandoning our lives or at least, feeling like what we have lived for is a “sham” /pointless can result. It is an especially dangerous time for people to let their heads make up their minds. I think this aspect is especially potent for those with Moon and Mars acting with the transiting Neptune in Pisces. With the Moon- the individual may want some alone time and self-imposed exile is likely. If you are not connected to your interpersonal relationships (in an intimate fashion) including your mate, you may feel isolated from others and insist on being alone. If you already feel intimately connected to your mate, the bond will deepen and there is a danger that you may look at your domestic environment (including relationships) as an emotional aphrodisiac and “all that matters”. An addictive quality to them is enhanced. With Mars- the individual may feel zapped of energy or at least feel like they want to sleep all the time. The Mars-Neptune aspect can also inspire one to some spiritually inclined devout action; fasting, prayer, meditation, writing and reading spiritually heightening material etc. Your Venus aspecting transiting Neptune (Pisces) may make your lover act odd or want some “space” away from the relationship (this is especially so when they don’t feel “connected” to you). You may also attract people/someone around this time who is more “conscious” minded and spiritually aware. There may be an idealistic, imaginative quality in your attraction factor that does not suggest any “down to earth” characteristic. He/she may be of a spiritual discipline or at least someone with a spiritual awareness.

It may be a detail, but I feel an important distinction. Neptune isn't naivete, it's idealism. I asked an astrologer (with 45 years of experience in the field) about this once, believing what I'd read, that it was naivete, and she told me, "It's idealism, not naivete." I mention this because some might confuse the two, comparing their idealism to others' lack of it, and mistakenly think they themselves are naive, and give up hope in what they may see as a harsh world. What these people should do is not abandon their idealism, for it is theirs and not for anyone else to take away. It's that idealism that may in fact get them through life rather than give up on it when the going gets tough. IP: Logged |

''The Mars-Neptune aspect can also inspire one to some spiritually inclined devout action; fasting, prayer, meditation, writing and reading spiritually heightening material etc.''True for me, although I never attributed my spiritual tendencies to my mars-neptune aspect. I have the square at 0 degree. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the contributions, yes we should look at squares and oppositions too but I assure you, nothing can be as dangerous as a packed 12th House during transit packed into the 12th House. We are designed to react and deal with squares and oppositions but the 12th House hits us from the Unknown (Hidden Karmic Debts) and into our Unknown/Subconscious. By the time one overcomes denial and understands the exact cause, it is too late so one had best spot the initial effect itself. Did I mention a 12th House heavy person who would happily lose count of the number of sleeping pills she was popping when under mild depression? She would regularly take 4 or 6 and went up to 8 before finally realizing that she was getting suicidal. There was complete denial of being depressed. Imagine a 12th House Transit to such charts. Without support, it is case closed. ARIES RISING: We can cope, otherwise what is the use of being Aries Rising? We have to be ready to brave even all planets in 12th. It is just another day in the office. There will be more bad luck than usual though. It is wise not to attempt bungee jumping in this phase. Good to reminisce about all the triumphs we have had.
Pisces is so sensitive, that they have to be forewarned. Usually, they are the carers and empathetic supporters. The vibes of all negativity they helped drain may still be locked in the Aura, and a 12th House transit is the worst in activating this. Suffering the ills of others, feeling the depression of others and thinking as one's own, all of that can happen very intensely now. Please note that Nessus and Chiron are also in 12th, for those from Pisces 7 degrees rising. The 1970s born group is also going through a Pluto square right now. Not fun at all let me tell you. Keep all weapons of Self Destruction locked and throw away the key. I emailed every one I know who is in the danger list. Early Pisces Rising have also replied about a lot of inner pain. Probably due to Neptune's first time ever presence but I think Chiron got strengthened by the Mars transit and added to the wounds last fortnight. ------------------ Astrology Articles New Services and short readings IP: Logged |

Interesting...other than the odd stomach pain I had this morning, I've been feeling fine lately. In fact, through the past couple of days I was able to see how my childhood trauma manifested itself in relationships. Like how I relived the same exact pain and behaviors as an adult. What did scare me though was when I was involved in active imagination, I almost got dizzy because I was overwhelmed with my subconscious. It was as if I was going back in time and reliving the pain I had as if I was trying to break pain's hold of me somehow. Did you encounter anything like this with your clients? I'm Pis Asc 21 degrees. IP: Logged |

My Ascendant is at the same Deg as yours and I've been having an active imagination as well. Lately, all I want to do is draw and creative. Hopefully it will stay like this through the entire cycle IP: Logged |

Hi Moonfish,What I meant by active imagination is something in Psychology/Psychoanalysis is when you have a dream and it abruptly ends because you wake or whatever, you consciously engage in it to put in your ending, or try using different endings to see which best suits how you can understand your subconscious through the dream symbols, if that makes sense. But that's awesome you want to draw and create. Oh actually, I've been wanting to dance lately, so I guess it's like wanting to express myself physically, while you do it on paper through images. Interesting... IP: Logged |

@FireBird Oh I see, does that piece to the puzzle naturally dawn on you or has it been frustrating to put together? Personally, I don't have dreams that often and if I do there ones I forget as soon as I wake up. Unless it's really traumatic. IP: Logged |

Well, it's been coming on very strongly ever since saturn went into scorpio in oct (I'm going through my 1st saturn return). However, sometimes i do forget my dreams. I try to be conscious of them as much as i can, but they've been pretty vivid the past few months. As far as solving "puzzles" go...a number of times they took a long time to solve, but generally speaking I'm able to solve them at most within the day, if not in a few hours or so. lol. it does. it swallows up moon so easy too. i have teh square it made off with my old id bout 10 years ago but ego dissolving is not necessarily bad, if you're into spirituality it's kinda inevitable. you rebuild a better one, slowly. what's really whack tho is other peoples misconceptions of you. everyone round my age's neptune squares my sun and moon swimmingly /lifeIP: Logged |

I'm not a Pisces rising, but my moon is at 22* Pisces with her ruler Neptune on the 12th/1st house cusp /: also have Saturn & NN Virgo at 13, and 23* w transit Saturn Rx in Scorpio on my natal Venus /: Going through a really trying time of lots of work in resolving very old wounds /: asteroid Deianira is also in Pisces, thankfully not conjunct my moon but it still stinks /: not feeling at all like my usual optimistic sag self. I know once all the old pain is released things will feel much better and my soul will truly be free. It is still though very painful, probably more so as moon is in my third house of early childhood /: IP: Logged |
