The tragic balloon crash in Luxor which left 19 dead occurred when Ascendant conjunct Chiron in Pisces at the same time as the Full Moon.

Is this really strictly for Pisces ascendants? How about Pisces suns ranging from the same degrees that have been mentioned? I've been feeling very depressed lately, to say the least. IQ's whole description of what we're supposed to feel during this transit rings so true to me minus the serious health threats, but I'm a Pisces sun at 29.07. The sun is in the 2nd house. I'm afraid that I'm also having my Saturn return, since Pluto is now in Scorpio.
