Taking a guess here.Whichever house your Sun rules will help you grasp 12th house issues. Your dad, Authority figures, house position of Sun may prove elusive & confusing. IP: Logged |

12th house ruler Jupiter sextiles Sun and trine my AC. Sun is in H7, but in its own house Leo H8. Since Jupiter represents luck I was wondering if this is good or bad.. IP: Logged |

Jupiter is supposed to be a benefic (good) planet, so having him in the tricky 12th house wont be such a bad thing.Jupiter, Sun, the trine, & the sextile aspects are all positive aspects. I don't see any of this giving you much trouble navigating the 12th House. Don't know about the Asc, but Sun in sextile aspect to Jupiter should give you a clear and objective view of your 12th house. IP: Logged |

quite depressing! bleh!''12th house ruler in 5th house. You suffered from creative endevors, self-expression, romances, speculative games, unluckiness, your children, your hobbies... Abandon your lovers.. First make someone fall for you then abandon him/her, so he or she can understand your pain.. Never reach your full potential, first make people belive you are skilled and make them dissapointed by not using it.. Never have kids, abandon your kids, abandon your hobbies, abandon your luck, never trust your luck so never trust in universe. Change your hobbies, change your creativity. Appreciate your own creativity. '' WTH??? IP: Logged |

Yes, very depressing. Mine is in the 7th and conjunct my descendant and chart ruler. But you now I try not to put too much attention on the fatalistic interpretations that are out there. IP: Logged |

the only website I've found so far that seems to be more balanced is this one : http://astrofix.net/2010/05/25/ruler-of-the-12th-house-in-houses/#.UVb3JByQXhc IP: Logged |

That's the MAIN ONE thing that I dislike with astrology and I think that's why it puts some people off,it's the fatalistic interpretations of things..it ruins the beauty of astrology tbhIP: Logged |

lol same here. Don't ever read 12th house interpretations! they're all doom and gloom!
Ruler of my 12th is in the 6th, near DSC... uh, no thanks! I don't wanna read about bad health, tragic love relationships and loss of partner or eternal loneliness!
:goes back to reading Jupiter interpretations:

yes I agree. I dislike the negativity there is sometimes which is why I mostly look at synastry and not natal chart interpretations. I mean some people come to astrology looking for answers or they're anxious about what the future holds for them and they'd like to know that somehow it's written in the starts for them, even if hey don't seriously believe in it, it still can help them to trust in life. But when I see such fatalism, negativity and pessimistic point of view, I truly hope there aren't too many depressed people taking those seriously. IP: Logged |
