I don't think it's narcissistic to think that you're something special or a cut above the rest. Unless you don't perform that way (striving to be the best) and it's all in your head. Or maybe you just need a touch of narcissim to get ahead in life? Idk..

Awww If you were asking a serious question, just ignore people who hassle you. Leo ASC seems to be the most egocentric of ASC. In fact, I can pick them out for this reason as they will tend to dominate the conversation and forget other people are there.

The most narcissistic person I know has Venus in Aries in the first house, with Sag moon conjunct Neptune. He thought he was sooooo sexy (he's not). He has a few Virgo planets and Saturn oppositions, so he's quite insecure and critical of himself, but he is sooo narcissistic and egotistical at the same time.
