I know I'm even capable of serious physical abuse. I like leading men on emotionally and taking advantage of them. I am incredibly narcissistic. I love being in power and feel I deserve to rule my country. I want to take away human lives that I find genuinely worthless because I honestly feel that's the best thing to do at this point.

I'm concerned, so I guess you couldn't say I'm fundamentally evil, but even when I feel bad I just go back to my normal behavior later. "Thankfully" I'm only physically abusive when I feel very provoked.

Do you know anyone who's like me and can you post their chart?

And yes, assuming you're being sincere and not just seeking attention, you're evil. I'm defining evil here not only for its own sake (perhaps to prove your own superiority, or even the sadistic power of the pleasure it gives you) but as a desire to abuse and kill others both to get ahead and "improve" society as well. Of course I speak metaphorically (like how fairytales can be metaphors of showing real sociopolitical conditions of the time), but nevertheless those scenes came to mind as I read what you shared. Like you she's narcissistic, moralistic, hates young people, takes politics VERY seriously, and desires power to torment and kill others, and very likely (assuming her a real person for a moment and adapting to her own wizard world) was much like you are now when she was your age. And when she's in a position to get away with it she'll even admit it (though the fact that she can use a patronus, that is the glowing cat in the 2nd scene, shows she actually believes that her evil serves the greater good, otherwise she would be unable to create it). IOW, evil.

But as to why astrologically speaking:

Your Leo ascendant (which can make one opinionated and narcissistic, even evil as yourself when it goes bad) looks like a likely cause, and in fact my mother also has a Leo ascendant and, like you, is narcissistic and believes herself better than others and will inflict what suffering she can on them out of bitterness, revenge for slights real and imagined, and even just for fun (she feels clever and proving her superiority when she manages to hurt others and get away with it). That's not to say you'd get along (besides the rampant egos you 2 have you both also have some major disagreements on certain things, and she'd see herself as right to destroy you as you would yourself right in destroying her).

Speaking of Leo, you have an evil manifestation of that energy, and that along with what you said of political desires & narcissism also reminds me of this:

An Aquarius Sun can also be very much at odds against society (and Aqua Merc adds to being opinionated to add to the Leo ascendant), and while this is sometimes good it can also manifest in evil ways. I read a fascinating book on the Age of Aquarius and it explained how the Aquarian future might be dystopian rather than utopian (again, a coin that can land on heads or tails), and your attitude as displayed here would prevail among elites in the dystopian version. I'm not sure how your Saturn in Aqua would affect things, but I'd guess that would make you more conservative and willing to go slow, OR it could make you aspire to be the ultimate judge, jury, and executioner as you pretty much say you do.

Beyond that, your Cappie Mars would encourage ambition and politicking to get to the top, which you express above. I think your other Cappie placements (and Scorpio Pluto) would only exacerbate that.

DISCLAIMER: Once again I emphasize the natal chart doesn't show one to be evil, it shows potentialities. I don't doubt that many people born right alongside swampys are good, decent people that I'd be happy to know. I myself have a Leo ascendant. I'm just trying to explain how her chart COULD "set the frame of mind" for her particular manifestation of evil. But the chart didn't make her evil, that was free will and/or poor nurturing that made her astrological energy go bad.
