When outer planets touch personal planets its a big deal in the natal and synastry.

Oh right, RAS, Libra rising! And Pluto in the 1st. Very interesting. Makes sense! You have both Venus and Pluto energy.

And yes haha, the "conclusion" is that both Venus and Pluto feel it (okay that's not always the case), especially if both people are Plutonian to begin with.

Doux, yeah not always the case :P

But ur right it can def go both ways. One of those 5 people is a guy whose venus falls right on my venus-mars conjunction square pluto. Since my mars is conj his venus, i'm the one who was obsessed even though it was his venus squaring my pluto.

With guy im dating, his venus in aqua squares my pluto in leo, and his mars in aqua opposes my venus at a tight orb. So he is pretty much really into me whereas i am as well, but his shyness/closed off reactions towards me (i guess bc he likes me so much) hinder my attraction towards him. Needless to say, I definitely feel in control since I don't really get all that shy around him.

I do think that a major reason why ppl with natal venus sq pluto feel powerless often is because their venus is afflicted by most people's pluto. Therefore venus feels powerless against pluto. (Like with any other aspect where a personal planet is aspected by pluto. Grupovenus always describes the personal planet person as being enthralled with the pluto person)

Yes, it makes sense.
Although for Venus/Pluto peeps there's still a psychological factor at play, before even entering relationships.. I think. Like it's something that probably comes from childhood and the way their parents behaved, etc.

Ah, I really don't like it when someone gets shy/awkward around me! At first it's cute but then it quickly becomes annoying because there's no spontaneity and it feels like there's no possible action unless you initiate it.

Pluto does have the upper hand, most of the time. But sometimes it's the other way around; depends!

Doux Rêve: Oh! One question I have in mind: do you guys with Venus/Pluto natally attract Mars/Pluto types? (/) And another.. do you attract people who have Venus/Pluto aspects in the progressed chart or via transits?

Yes to Mars/Pluto, even the square (not yikes really, only on the guy who had sun conjunct mars square to pluto, HE was intense). I do love Sun conj Mars, I'll just pass on their mutual square to Pluto in the future One day I was driving he was the passenger, he got mad about something and tried to take the steering wheel so we'd crash, had to wrestle it away from him, driving zigzag.
Moving on!

Saved a list of relationships, some had transits/prog of venus/pluto (their chart, not the synastry)
-sec prog venus inconj natal pluto & solar arc venus inconj transit pluto (natal opp)
-solar arc venus sq transit pluto (natal trine)
-natal venus trine solar arc pluto (no natal connection / yes i do know we're not supposed to use easy aspects in arcs )
-solar arc venus trine transit pluto (natal inconj)
-sec prog venus trine solar arc pluto (natal trine)
-solar arc venus sq natal pluto (no natal connection)
-natal venus trine solar arc pluto (natal inconj)
-natal venus inconj transit pluto & sec prog venus sextile natal pluto (natal square)
-sec prog venus opp natal pluto (no natal connection)

drumroll the definitive venus/pluto relationship of my life,
upon meeting,
transit venus inconj my pluto, trine his pluto
him - solar arc venus sq transit pluto & natal venus sextile transit pluto
me - solar arc venus sextile transit pluto (my sa venus conj his n venus)
and the dramatic ending (cos what would a true venus/pluto relationship be w/out drama! ),
transit venus opp transit pluto
him - sec prog venus sq solar arc pluto
me - no venus/pluto BUT prog sun 0 aries (yes it was a big deal)

Finally an answer to my question after searching for it online for a while..

What about minor aspects? I have an exact semi-square with someone...how does this play out?

Oh intersting, I wrote that?
Still stand by it, however would add the natal resonance to it.
Especially if two people have the same natal aspect, it will come up in the composite again (as the same aspect, conjunction or opposition, depending on its phase)

yes, the natal resonance you just mentioned, you actually already covered with #2 from that list. I think that was the best answer I have found so far.
