Uranus conjunct or square Venus or ruler of the 7th house are one or two possibilities. Saturn square or opposite Moon is another. Usually there will be more than one aspect in the chart. Look for repeating patterns.

SR pluto conj SR moon and uranus, mars, eros in SR house 6 in My natal house 4 and 5,

My next divorce was 15 years later and on the same time I get a new job.
SR MC was in conj to my N venus
SR venus conj SR mars in SR house 10..
SR venus conj SR mars, in my N house 12.

SR axes was in square to each other.
SR uranus conj N DC
SR pluto opp N moon
SR moon square N pluto(pluto house 5 ruler)

What if the aspect is not there yet, but will be? Uranus applying square aspect to venus? Does that count?
