Aquarius Artemis...I am frivolous and amorous. Easily infatuated, popular, and silly. I love to float around and not be too committed to any one thing or reaction. As vindictive and far-sighted as I may be, I often make the choice to take the path of least resistance and be the better person. When I really want to. Easy breezy and accepting unless I personally dislike you lmfao! IP: Logged |

I feel that the moon in my chart is a bit overwhelmed, particularly by the Sun in 5th, there's a Leonine energy to that Sun of 5th house (domicile by house), while Moon may be exalted - and my Jupiter is domicile by sign, and exalt by house - plus having Saturn (although wide) opposed, restraint is always the key influence upon or from my moon, not physically - it is 9th house after all, and travel and freedom is the nearest and dearest activity in my heart, as is philosophy, and cross-cultural socializing, and academia, but emotionally - I fear I'm much more fragile than the other aspects will ever let out. I don't dwell on those things though, My stellium in 4th won't allow it. ^^ There's also the (slight wide)conjunct to Chiron - although more and more I've been finding reasons to appreciate this conjunction, this is still very much, in truth, the area of unhealable hurts - in my life. That cannot be denied. Good will still come of everything in the end, so I don't fear that aspect either, or trouble myself over it... I also feel quite happy knowing that Chariklo shares this house, and though opposite my Mars-Pluto, my Juno-Osiris conjunction - as well as W.BM, Sedna, Sappho, and Gaea... I love other Taurus Moons too~ they can be some of the warmest hearts in the 12... if they let that show! ^^ My husband has his Moon cnj Jupiter opposite of mine (Scorpio)... that... well that - is a funny aspect to have for marriage synastry~ but, funny it is... er... funny he is. lol just always at my expense... My Moon does give me stability - and a sweet tooth for comfort foods - annnnd, another dose of Earthen stubbornness... And, although I may not express my emotions to those I love very well, I always find a nice outlet from the bQ to Mercury-Neptune-Jupiter~ ^^; Moon is the creative and inspiration center of my chart~ ^^ Maybe one day my Sun, and all those other solar energies, will let it show off a bit more to others...maybe...>.>; lol IP: Logged |

I feel a lot more open with my feelings than Scorpio Moons are typically described. But, then again, I think my Leo Sun makes me sort of atypical in that regard. I think I'm more complex than mysterious. It's only hard to figure me out because I'm so emotionally complex, but I'm still rather open about those emotions. If that makes sense. I also gain a sense of comfort from my own power. Not in a control freak way. But, handling situations with strength. I know I'm very powerful, but I've matured and express that power on the 'positive' polarity of Scorpio. I also get comfort from sexuality. I am a very sexual person, although not in a promiscuous or even insatiable way. Sex, too, is a source of power, as well as intimacy. Both of which are ultra-important to my Moon. I just need to feel a sense of well-being. As do most people but for Scorpio it's particularly crucial. Working and feeling a sense of structure in my life has also become extremely important to me (Midheaven conjunction).
this. to a freakin T. i don't have the midheaven conjunction though.

My moon is at 19 degr. Cancer in 3., but rules 4th... a lot of what you wrote in your initial post goes the same for me. Sensitive, caring, bit moody.... Close to mother but with conflicts - there's a conjunction with Saturn in sign and house. This troubles me on many levels, I've had phases of, well, not clinical depression but severe cases of melancholy and feeling of being disconnected to people. But whenever I decide to let someone in that I trust, and if it turns out they deserve that trust, it makes me feel warm and secure. The moon in 3. makes me quite talkative at times, I'm good at multitasking and can take in quite a lot at the same time. However, I have a trouble concentrating and I have a lifelong hate of disciplined studying. Hm, what else... love kids - love taking care or them, but also playing with them and sometimes they see me as equal. But that could be my Aquarian Sun too :-) I do not have a great memory (see Saturn), but I will always remember how something or someone made me FEEL. All in all not the worst place for the moon, I think... I quite value my lunar side. IP: Logged |

Janoe this is so interesting. Your moon is conjunct mine (18) and I also get feelings of depression, I was even on Prosac for a few years. I'm sensitive to the point of making myself sick when someone hurts my feelings or strikes out at me. I don't know how to fight back or I just don't want to cause any waves. My Ex used to knock me down and push me against the wall and scream at me and I took it for 17 years!!! (For the childen). Soon as my youngest was in high school I flew like a bird. I remarried a sweet, gentle man and we've been married for 20 yrs. I also have Castor at 19 deg. Cancer and I have no idea if some of that might be from Castor. I don't know. Venusian Moon, I wonder if your Cancer ASC gives you the love for genealogy. I am passionate about my ancestors and proud of them. I actually love them. Sometimes when I researching and am working on a family I feel very attached to them. In one instance I was on Ancestry reading news articles on this family and I read the birth announcement of their new daughter and what they named her. Then about a year so so later I read that the daughter was killed by falling down the stairs in the middle of the night! I actually cried. IP: Logged |

Well, my Pisces Moon in 5th house... I think my feelings can be in romance and a little fantastical when it comes to affairs of the heart due to the fact that Piscean moons have that tendency. Especially due to the fact that it is at the 29th degree.IP: Logged |

I think the 29th degree is a good place for it in Pisces... you'll pick up some Aries to strenghten it and give it energy. IP: Logged |

Something else that came to me while I was writing in some other thread... With Cancer Moon I tend to have a very reflective personality. I don't know if that's the right word, but it certainly describes the phenomenon. I often mirror the behaviour of other people, which can be both good and bad, depending on the situation. Sometimes I start to believe what others think of me too. And the strangest thing.... I'm in the process of finding out about how much I'm living the same conflicts that my parents never managed to solve in their lives. It's when I first took a close look at their charts and synastry that it hit me like a hammer on the head - some of the conflicts and obstacles I have aren't even mine, I'm just re-living them for my mum and dad! It felt strange to find that out, but it's also a relief now.... IP: Logged |

I sometimes will too. If I'm around a person with an accent I find myself about to pronounce my words like they do. Right now I'm corresponding with a girl from Poland who is helping me with genealogy. Her English is stilted and I find myself writing her back the same way, i.e., Sometime I go there too. Instead of Sometimes I will go there too. About the mom and dad... my dad tossed my mom around a few times in their marriage, usually only when he drank which was much but I remember the few times well, that me and my sisters huddled upstairs frighteningly listening to our mom getting beat up. So the I marry someone who does the same to me. Yep. Same as you Janoe.

I have moon in Aquarius, a lot of hard aspects to it. It's in the eighth house squaring Pluto in the fifth. I feel like I've always suffered for others, and humanity in general. One thing I've noticed with Eighth house moon is not only is it not very understood, but it's a lonely placement because It makes me feel like I'm the only one who feels like I do. People rarely respond to my needs and feelings therefore sometimes I don't express them. I find myself helping others with little in return. I've had the pleasure of knowing another eighth house moon person and I am forever grateful to have met her. In general I think me and other people are on different planets, I can tell how theyll go about talking to me before they even speak. It's made it to where now a days I'm kind of content in knowing that I have that to my disposal. If I cave into my demons, I either feel terrible, or little to nothing at all. It's rarely ever in between. Contrarily, sometimes I'm so bogged down by emotions that I feel like I don't know whats going on inside of me and so I just distract myself. IP: Logged |

Virgo Moon, conjunct Saturn, 10th house I'm career oriented but home also has very high importance to me. This is a place where I can recover my energies. But I hate sitting at home longer than a weekend, I must go and socialise. Also I hate dirt and chaos at home, this is Virgo influence. Emotionally I'm very reserved in social life. Though I have deep and strong emotions which are inside myself (Scorpio Sun&Venus) but I show them only when angry (even not allways) or to closest friends.

I have a Gemini moon in the 12th. I love my Gem moon. I think it balances out my water placements well. I wish it wasn’t in the 12th house though. Gemini is already plenty analytical and sometimes I feel as if I just can’t stop with regards to my feelings. With that said, I am able to take a step back from my emotions and see the logical side of things so that I don’t act on sheer impulse.

I think some of this comes from Aquarius and not 8th house because I feel it sometimes too. Take for instance birthdays. I make a fuss over everyone's birthday and make it so nice for them.. big fuss. Mine comes around and I sit home alone. I'm always the first to jump up to help people but when I need help... no one is around. I have no planets in my 8th so I think that might be Aquarius. My sun is there in 11th. IP: Logged |

Sounds good Charlie, you'll make a great hubbie. Back in the old days when wives stayed home, men didn't have to help out much at home but now with the wife helping earn the family money it's only fair for the husband to pitch in with the house work. IP: Logged |

I mean I never thought about it like that but it is true. I would hope that it would be a little stronger with Arian energy but I was always told that the 29th degree intensifies the Piscean energy IP: Logged |

It's in the 7th house, and its north node is in the 2nd house. It is quincunx Neptune and it is also quincunx Pluto. IP: Logged |

No, it is actually debilitated... yep I am a Mars in Cancer kid. I am fine with it. It is just interesting to me. I do actually have a grand water trine between my first, fifth, and and ninth houses. I don't really know what that means for me though. IP: Logged |

Is there some type of deception concerning the 7th? My son has this in his chart and I thought the deception was on his spouses part, but it turns out it was on his part. I think your Gemini moon is being colored by it's aspects. Some duality in regard to 7th house things. Two marriages, a spouse who has been married before, two business partners, etc. IP: Logged | |
