Why are you here, then? And I don't even mean that in a hostile way, I'm saying it out of genuine confusion. Because it's not reading like you're someone that's on the fence about astrology, or even cynical, but like you've already made your mind up that it's totally worthless. And if that's the case, aren't you really just wasting your time and frustrating yourself unnecessarily?

Note - this isn't me saying that there's something wrong with you not believing in astrology - everybody has their own thing, and that's fine. I'm talking strictly about the senselessness of what you're doing - it's like a staunch atheist planting themselves down in a forum for devout Christians and then being surprised and annoyed that they're sitting there talking about Christ.

And I think it's safe to say that most of us here use astrology as a tool and a contributing factor in terms of decision-making processes, but not as the be-all, end-all; for you to assume otherwise about a bunch of people you don't even know and then start giving condescending life-advice on the subject, was honestly offensive.

Really it makes a lot more sense for you to go to a forum on a subject you do actually believe is valid and have interest in, instead of insulting the intelligence of the people around you because they're interested in something different from your personal preferences.

And, by the way - people don't all agree on what is "art", either. Does that make art, in and of itself, worthless? I think you're confusing differing views for legitimate evidence that something is not valid.

Isn't your relationship close enough that you could ask him for his exact time? It makes a difference.
