Chiron in Cancer in the 12th Jupiter in Cancer in the 12th Sun conj Mercury in Pisces in the 9th Vesta in Pisces in the 9thSigh. Can someone please tell me what I'm supposed to do with this?? I really feel as if I don't belong on this Earth. I constantly question life and wonder what is real. I feel like I am not here but elsewhere. I feel as if I am viewing the world from a 3rd person view. I don't know how or if I'll ever be able to exist here fully. I feel like I can see beyond, but at the same time see nothing at all. I feel that we are all here for a reason, and that this universe is very intricately set up, like a grand play or a classroom. Knowing this is not enough. I need to know why! I know that I feel a strong need to help as many people as I possibly can, but to what avail? What's the point? Am I here to be used? And by whom? Guys I'm really out there and I can't come back. Does anyone else have any of these placements, especially Chiron in the 12th??? If you have this and have the same feelings I have, can you please tell me what you do to ..like..exist here?? And please be nice...I'm pouring out my soul here because I feel like I'll be understood. I can never talk about these things to anyone. :/

I think everybody feels like that at some point, but maybe that's part of the reason why we're here, to learn how to function on this plane outside of our comfort zone.I have almost nothing in earth signs and most of my planetary midpoints square neptune, so I don't really feel very anchored "here" either a lot of the time. I have Chiron in the 12th house (gemini). Interesting I come across this post as I am searching around for what this placement could possibly mean/be doing etc...I do feel a need to help people out, almost to the point where I put them before myself. I also do feel like I am elsewhere at times but normally only when I'm alone and letting my mind wonder off too much. Chiron in the 12th house: As always, Chiron shows where we can do more for others than ourselves. A 12th house Chiron may compulsively try to take care of the poor the sick, and the unfortunate while neglecting their own needs and those of their own family. Conversely, there may be malingering and the person with this placement may themselves always seem in "need" because of one (frequently self-caused) "problem" after another. This placement tends to make a person feel tired and fatigued. If you have this one, be sure to get plenty of rest. Yeah, I run into coincidences like that often. Although I should say synchronicities...too many coincidences for them to all be coincidences!! You find just what you need to find when you need to find it. o_oPsh, tired and fatigued, indeed! Helping people makes me feel very good, but I sometimes feel disdain because I see that I am neglecting myself to do so. I sometimes wish that I could be more selfish in some ways, but as soon as I think that, my mind and morals are like "NO you can't think that! Others need it more than you." Yeah, the drifting mind is a lot worse when I'm alone, and I tend to isolate myself (like a typical Pisces)...when I'm around others, especially Earth signs, they have a grounding effect on me..not just by them talking about "Earthly" things, but just their presence. I just wish I had a solution to be able to ground myself, instead of relying on someone else to do so. IP: Logged |

I read somewhere that 12th house deals with Karma and I know Chiron is a healing entity so maybe you are put here to help others. I don't think Chiron is a bad comet. This placement will make you feel tired and fatigued and sometimes you feel like you need help yourself. But your purpose is to help others. (Or so I read.) Get plenty of sleep. IP: Logged |

I also have Chiron in the 12th (in Taurus). I work a lot with the 'underdog' of society. I think it's also a powerful placement, it gives you the possibility to 'heal' parts of the collective. Edit: I also have Jupiter there by the way. Not sure about the effects there though... IP: Logged |

Honestly, all the charts I have done of people who have Chiron in the 12th have been super religious. Maybe find a spiritual path would help. IP: Logged |

Are any of these within 10 degrees of your ASC. If so, many astrologers count them as 1st house. Lets go from there. If you have true 12th house planets, they are very hard, the hardest thing in the chart imo. I have many articles on them. ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. @ Twirl: Yeah, I feel as if I need to champion the underdog. Stand up for those who have no legs to stand on I guess.@ Barbee: My entire life I have felt guilty for no reason...later in life when I learned of Karma, I said "that MUST be it!". It feels like I am paying for being self-centered in another life or something. And I'm totally fine with that. @ CAY_512: I have found my spiritualism! I do believe in something on the other side, however I don't like to stick labels on it as I am unsure of what it really is. I have had experiences though that brought me out of Agnosticism and into belief in a higher power. @ Ami Anne: Chiron is 12 degrees away from my Asc. Jupiter is 21 degrees from the Asc. I'd love it if you could link some to me or provide a direction towards such articles! IP: Logged |

I don't have a 12th house placement, but perhaps something that expresses in a similar manner. My 12th house ruler is Mercury and it conjuncts Chiron in my 5th house with a trine to Mars in Cancer (0d) in the 9th. My Mars forms a square to Venus in Pisces (28d) in my 6th house, which is a house of service. I tend to agree with whoever said that this energy needs to be expressed in a spiritual manner. I have a very clear memory of walking down the street one day and it was like having my eyes opened to just an overwhelming amount of need even though it was a middle-class area. I asked, "Oh, God, where does one even begin!" And I heard him reply, "Just go where I tell you to go and do what I tell you to do." Believe me, that helped me TREMENDOUSLY. It isn't all my job or your job or someone else's job, but each person has some part to play and you don't need to sweat the rest! I've also developed a much greater awareness of the power I have in prayer (Pluto conjunct my North Node). I swear I pray over road kill that may have been lying in the street for days, "Oh, please may it not have suffered!" I believe that because God transends time and he already knew I would one day pray this, that my prayers even have power to impact the past (or more correctly, what we call the past). Sorry if this sounds preachy, but I hope that it gives you hope and encouragement in how you can deal with some of what you're experiencing! IP: Logged |

I have a twelfth house Jupiter in Libra. Cancer is a better place for old Jupe. If I were you, I would just try to relax and enjoy life. This is what Jupiter in twelve does best. It is the calmest, nicest place for Jupiter as far as having this sense of inner delight I guess is how you could call it. Even when depressed (I have had severe depression most my life) Jupiter always comes through for me at the end of the day and here I am focusing on chaotic Neptune because this planet calls for the most attention in day to day life but seriously, it's Jupiter that always brings closure to whatever hell has erupted during the day. Yes, I survived another one, thanks Jupiter! Learn to be an optimist and trust in Providence! Do not worry, relax and be glad Jupiter is there to keep you company and an eye on all the stuff that gets lost in twelve (little things like the mind, psyche, day to day life and whatnot) until you find it again because he will do that for you. He does that for me. I think of him as the Keeper of Lost Things and when I am ready, he gives them back to me. IP: Logged |

I do have a hard time with depression. For me it seems that Jupiter there in the 12th, especially in Cancer brings out Cancer's sulky side. But I think it also adds a love of exploring and learning about all things spiritual and hidden. I think I've got a double whammy of that type of energy, being that my Sun & Mercury are in Pisces in the 9th. I do have a bit of optimism at times though, but it never seems to last for long because I remain in such a constant state of confusion. Except for astrology. That makes sense to me. IP: Logged |

Oh yeah, eventually I do give up if they aren't responsive, but it usually takes a lot of time for me to just give up on anyone. And I also have a love for helping animals...strays are attracted to me and I love and take care of them to the best of my ability. I definitely have a strong connection with animals...we seem to get each other. See, my spirituality comes from bits and pieces of different religions, and a lot of it comes from my own intuition. Yeah, I don't think god is a man. ^_^ IP: Logged |

Really it's as simple as just admitting to myself that this isn't my forte and then deciding to work on it and get better at it. My South Node is in the 12th. IP: Logged |

All of the above, lol. I am way too sensitive about what others say and think and have been told several times to not worry about it. People think it's my undoing, worrying about the opinions of others and they are correct about that. They say I wear my heart on my sleeve too instead of the poker face and this is another reason why it's easy for people to take note of my Achille's tendon. My Chiron troubles are obvious. With Chiron in twelve, maybe there are people saying things behind your back that will hurt you when you find them out, or, you do not consciously acknowledge when you feel wounded and it eats away inside, affecting your subconsious mind, manifesting in ways you are not aware of or don't understand? I definitely know about spending too much time brooding and sulking. I am trying to not be so much like that right now. I am working on focusing on making others feel better because part of the twelfth house realization, I have learned, is when you focus on making others feel better by being supportive and positive toward them, interacting with them, you, in turn, cause yourself to feel better at the same time.Negative twelfth house can cause someone to focus too much on themselves which can be one form of "self undoing" twelfth has a reputation for.

In my opinion people always talk. Especially if you do things 'different' then the mass. Just think of the average village. But as for people talking negatively, there are just as many who think and speak of you positively. Bottom line: best to stick to what you feel is right and good for you. You can never get a 100% approval. And, from some people one shouldn't even want approval So count yourself lucky if they talk Just my opinion of course.

You make some good points and it helps to see things from someone else's perspective from time to time. House twelve tends to cause too much introversion and focus on self and people can become closed to the insights of others. I value your input. IP: Logged |
