I have a friend who is a hairdresser--she gets so many stares and compliments from people. Nice fashion sense--she take something throw away and make it look lovely! She is an Aries. She'll being wearing sweats and be stylish!

My mom is also another Leo--she has such sense of style! People fall in love with her automatically!

So...do you get stopped on the street by people who say they love what you are wearing? Your hair color of complexion?

Sometimes, I often get stared at or complimented as well. It's really uncomfortable for me actually, but I get compliments on my clothes, hair, etc. I contribute this to venus/uranus conjunction and neptune which opposes my Gem, Ascendant.

What aspects do you think contribute to a striking appearance? (Or people thinking ou have one!) Or a noticeable fashion style? What could inspire people to compliment other in public?? (Because we know compliments are hard to come by--and most people will keep their thoughts to themselves)

Well I don't get stopped on the street, I do get complimented a lot by people. For a shirt or the color of a new skirt or my shoes or my hair People think I buy all my stuff at expensive stores

If the compliments come from women, I can handle them pretty well but if they come from men I'm a little awkward,I don't know how to react!

venus is my most dominant planet.venus in leo,sun in leo. asc ruler conjuncts venus,sun midpoint venus in leo,venus midpoint mars in leo ( may be it explains it?) venus/uranus, venus/neptune.

AC - appearance/personality

I'd look at Sun, Leo, Venus (beauty~), Uranus (creativity/creation), and both AC/MC and the cusp of 5th and ones natal ruler there...

~ I have been stopped because of my fashion sense... at least when I was younger. I'm too old to be my unconventional, rule-breaking self there~ have to maintain a somewhat mature appearance, since I look so young...

I have Uranus in Sagittarius (conjunct Venus) square ASC node in Virgo.

If someone stops me or compliments me/criticizes me outside, it is one of three things... "You look so young, dear, how old are you/I'm gonna need to see some ID!?" or the usual "I like.../where did you find that ...." sort of compliment, shock, question.... or more of a "excuse me ma'am... you're scaring the customers..." lol (Mars-Pluto to chart ruler/ASC axis ~ depends on my mood...)

My monochromatic wardrobe is a default for most situations, but I love well tailored, black, white, grey, deep red/crimsons, and browns. I have a nice selection of accessories to pop in some colour (teals, magenta, tangerine, and of course green. I love silver!!! But, my complexion... wash out.... so I'm best fit for copper, bronze, and gold~)! lol

BTW, Michael Kors is a Leo.....not surprising! He also has Mercury conjunction to the sun in leo and a libra moon conjunct.....glamour and beauty. Plus a Virgo venus for attention to detail.....

I have to be honest, I have all the same placements as Michael Kors and I don't give two craps what I wear, to be honest. Although yeah, when I see other people be well-dressed and groomed, I like it, but I think my idea of what is fashionable and well-groomed is a little different than everybody else's; I think most people overdo it and just look tacky. I think Venus in Virgo makes me like everything really clean and simple.

No it's not. Second house is what you own in material sense along with your personal value system in a more intangible sense.

But aesthetic tastes is Venus. I know Venus rules both Taurus and Libra, but Taurus is about the material end of it. Libra is about taste, the style you like.

Shopping is not relaxing its serious business.. People who have fun with shopping are rich.

Designers clothes are out of the question and frankly I can find better pieces for quater of the price. Which okay because obnoxious logos on clothing look tacky.

I don't want my clothes to distract them from my actually appearance. I stay away from too many patterns and prints. Maybe flannel and strips on occasion. Thou I do have shirt of an arctic landscape and I think a galaxy but it was art and pretty so I didn't mine wearing it a few times. I'm obsessed with pastel dip dying lately. Its subtle enough for me.

I'm always known for being sleek. Thou I have wild hair and eyes so balances out.

Same here. I'm Uranian as hell - Uranus is actually my chart ruler, conjuncts my midheaven, and trines my ascendant... in addition to quintiling my Venus and most of my planetary midpoints.

I have four planets in Libra. One of them is my moon.

I'm an Aquarius ascendant, with my south node in Aquarius. Uranus conjuncts my midheaven. I said this a few minutes ago I think, but it quintiles my Venus, and most of my planetary midpoints.

Anyone will tell you I'm weird as hell so it's not that I have a problem with "weird". But despite being a Leo sun and leo mercury, I'm not that big on being seen all the time and the last thing I want is to trot down the street in some weird outfit with everybody staring at me. I have four planets in the eighth house - I have no desire to be on display.
