I have noticed through my relatives/friends/people I know, that Cancer men of June and early July(before 15 of July) tend to be very violent. Has anyone else noticed that? (of course it's just an observation I made, totally general and doesnt mean that all Cancer Men are like that.)

By the way, I think there might be a possibiliy into purchasing the birth certificate through the official registration offices. I'm not sure how the privacy laws are there though. Quite often only family is allowed to request a copy of that information. Other records could possibly be found through official voting data, etc.
