I don't have Sun conjunct Mercury. I have Sun combust Venus instead. However, my Mercury does rule my Sun. Sun: 2'Virgo

I also absorb information like a sponge. It helps me know how to handle people. If I'm with a group of people who don't know me, I'm usually very quiet (people remark on this all the time). I guess a combust would be on the other end of the spectrum from a non aspected merc/sun. Maybe they can sit and talk to people all day even if they can't stand them? I have a combust, under a degree. I dont like to talk unless its meaningful and accomplishing something, maybe it becomes an ego issue of being a waste of my time? IDK? I can sit with someone and just watch the world go by without ever saying a word to them. To me, that feels completely natural, but i think it makes other people feel i dont like them. Which isnt how i feel at all...i just dont like talking when i could be watching and learning(absorbing my environment). They say combust leads to communication issues,i'd have to agree, my lack of communication becomes a miscommunication
....does having no aspect between sun/merc become a miscommunication also?? I also absorb information way too fast, it frustrates people! Ive been described as a sponge many times, just like the you said of the person with no aspect between sun/merc...i think its interesting that people with the exact opposite issue as me, have that similar characteristic! I don't have it either - My Mercury is at 7 degrees in the 8th house and my Sun is at 25 degrees in the 9th house, also in Taurus. My Sun has zero major aspects besides a tight trine to Saturn, and Mercury is my chart ruler. IP: Logged |
