I'm 27 right now, so I know my Saturn Return is not too far away. I have cap rising and Saturn in Scorpio. I'm really scared about what may happen. My teenage years all the way through age 23 were pure hell. I really don't think I can handle anymore nightmarish years.

Does anyone have any tips on making the Saturn Return as smooth as possible?
